My stay was very pleasant And the staff extremely friendly
The breakfast was great once you were able to have breakfast however Most people have to be at work at 8 AM Which made it difficult to have breakfast on a weekday with hours from 8 to 10. Recommend 7-10 AM breakfast. Too loud others to Consume breakfast before going to work.
Hotel accommodations you're great however the lack of on site parking made it a little difficult, however ample parking was available across the street. The only thing I think could easily be adjusted was the hours for serving breakfast.

We felt very well looked after by good staff in a busy nightlife area.
The staff were excellent, very willing to call taxis and tell them the destination. Some problems were quickly attended to, all of them were friendly and welcoming The breakfast was good Coffee was excellent The room was clean and comfortable bed

J’ai déjà expliqué divers fois le problème ils ont refusé la réservation défective avé l’application que vous l’aviez confirmée par mail et sur place ont demandé de refaire une deuxième réservation qui aussi tôt faite a été encore refusé par l’hôtel et la seule solution a été de faire une réservation sur place avec eux directeur et payer cash . C’est pas correct et j’ai perdu la confiance en booking cat peut plus le permettre de réserver et me retrouver à l’étranger avec des personnes qui vous disent que c’est la seule solution de payer cash . Faite le nécessaire pour annuler les deux réservations car c’est inadmissible ce que ont imposée . Merci j’attend votre confirmation d’annulation des deux réservations .

Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
Das Hotel ist sehr modern und edel. Es war sauber, mein Zimmer war groß, ich hatte viel Platz und alles war vorhanden. Die Matratze vom Bett ist sehr hochwertig, ich habe gut geschlafen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
