It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility.
Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

The owner if the Hotel and his daughter assisted me at great lengths to line up ground transportation. They were so nice. I truly appreciated their assistance since
A Bosnian speaker was a requirement.

The hotel is perfectly located for arriving by bus late at night. A few minutes walk and you are at the hotel.. There is no need to worry about finding an honest taxi or onward travel. A very warm and friendly welcome by professional reception staff who speak English. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. There is a very good supermarket next door and lots of restaurants. It is a short, easy walk to the centre to and you can leave your luggage after check out so perfect if your onward travel is by bus. Kosovo is such a friendly country, and I loved the atmosphere and welcome in Prishtina.
All great. A perfect choice.

Location - downtown area - next to the hotel a new building was started - this is why it was quite noisy during the day.
Under my room there was a gym - they listened to loud music and you could hear the different machines.
