Hotel Callisto

The hotel is spotless clean! Room and bathroom are spacious! The parking is in front of the hotel, exactly. The staff is so polite, so helpful, and I would give them a 10.

The breakfast can be better for some people, but for me was enough and good.

A great stay as always! The staff are excellent and always make me feel welcome when I stay there. They are eager to please. I continue to stay there when I need to be in Prishtina overnight because the location is convenient for me, its always very clean, the parking is great, the reception is open 24 hours, and the breakfast is delicious.

I prefer softer beds, but firm beds like this hotel are quite common in the Balkans. Also the motion sensor lights with no switch to turn them off can be annoying at night, but the value for the money is worth these drawbacks.

Clean, bright, great breakfast, great value.

Some of the lights didn’t work but there were motion activated lights in the entrance of the room and in the bathroom. That was annoying!

Guests are not allowed during the day, which is very unusual. The receptionist didn’t let me invite a friend even for 10 minutes. The breakfast was extremely disappointing – there was almost nothing to eat, and I regret booking it. I understand there are not many guests and you don’t want to waste food, but in that case you don’t need to put out almost nothing as a buffet. Instead, you could simply prepare and serve à la carte options, such as a Full English breakfast (eggs, sausages, beans, toast), a European breakfast (cheese, cold cuts, fresh bread, fruit), or even a simple continental set with croissants, jam and coffee. That would look much better than literally charging €10 for a slice of bread with margarine and dry ham. For that price I can eat much better and cheaper outside. There are no power outlets near the beds, and the safe deposit box not only didn’t work but wasn’t even fixed to the wall. What upset me the most was wasting money on the breakfast and the fact that I couldn’t have any visitors at all
