The hotel staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful, even with matters outside the hotel. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the food was carefully prepared. It will be our first stay when we return to Pristina.

Oteli bulurken zorlandık, tabelası çok küçüktü ayrıca oda da kahve makinesi vardı lakin kapsül yoktu, istesek verirlerdi diye düşünüyorum ama bir gece kaldığımı için uğraşmadık

Very pleasant staff and willing to change my room when it was apparent this is a very noisey neighborhood, particularly during the holidays. I was a bit surprised when the entire pedestrian area in front turns into a beer part every night.
I wish them well, but the whole setup is strange.
Very weirdly organized...hard to find the hotel on a pedestrian street with poor signage. There are several flights of stairs after you enter a weird space where people are working- unrelated to the hotel. Their restaurant is across the pedestrian walkway and everytime I went to breakfast around 9, it was filled with old men smoking with a weird vibe. They don't really have room service except for drinks, so they should be honest about that.
The room itself was ok, but not very quiet and they needed to be reminded to clean the room.
