size of the room was good for one person, the staff are very helpful and nice.

The hotel is quite far from the main road, and there is no one to assist you with your luggage from the taxi to your room. Be prepared to carry your bags yourself for a considerable distance. To make things more difficult, there is no elevator, so you will also have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Another important point is that the breakfast you pay for with the room booking is not actually served at the hotel. It is provided at a nearby restaurant and is a set menu, not a breakfast buffet.

Very pleasant staff and willing to change my room when it was apparent this is a very noisey neighborhood, particularly during the holidays. I was a bit surprised when the entire pedestrian area in front turns into a beer part every night. I wish them well, but the whole setup is strange.

Very weirdly organized...hard to find the hotel on a pedestrian street with poor signage. There are several flights of stairs after you enter a weird space where people are working- unrelated to the hotel. Their restaurant is across the pedestrian walkway and everytime I went to breakfast around 9, it was filled with old men smoking with a weird vibe. They don't really have room service except for drinks, so they should be honest about that. The room itself was ok, but not very quiet and they needed to be reminded to clean the room.
