The staff were helpful. The room was large and quiet. The location was excellent as it was easy to reach the central area.
Breakfast was by menu rather than buffet. This was fine except the menu was quite limited and a few items not available. I asked for a second coffee and was told I had to pay extra. I've never experienced that before.
Smoking in the breakfast room. (that's the country's rules so I can't do much about it but I didn't like it while I am eating.
The shower was very scaled and there was a flip up/down seat which, when I raised it, oozed a mysterious brown gunk. The shower controls were hard to work out. I pressed a number of buttons on it to find they operated a fitted FM radio.
In the room I found a kettle but no other facilities such as cups, tea/coffee etc. The Air con needed a pilot license to use.
Despite the write up I saw no evidence of the following items listed on the booking. I didn't need them but they should be there:- Bathrobe Safety deposit box Cleaning products Slippers ironing facilities Tea/Coffee maker Hairdryer Fan Alarm clock Tumble dryer Dining table Hand sanitiser Air purifiers
