24 Stunden Rezeption und der Mitarbeiter hat sich um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert und uns alle wünsche erfüllt. Zudem war die Lage super und das Zimmer hatte ein Schrank, der groß genug für mehrere Personen war, drinnen stehen. Zudem war es sauber und ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die Matratzen perfekt. Das wlan war sehr sehr gut , was mir persönlich auch wichtig ist. Läden, Kaffees und Bäcker waren keine 3 min Fußweg von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wenn man was gebraucht hat, konnte man sich zu jeder Zeit bei dem Mitarbeiter melden und es wurde sich Mühe gegeben, dies schnellst möglich zu besorgen. Man hat sich sicher als Frau gefühlt und der Umgang mit dem Personal war sehr respektvoll und höflich. Hilfe wurde zu jeder Zeit bei Problemen angeboten. Ich würde jeden diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.
Die Rollos gingen schwer hoch und runter, dies sehe ich aber als kleinstes problem, sonst war alles ausnahmslos großzügig und sehr gut.
