Very beautiful hotel and very well located to drive or walk the scenery routes. Wonderful breakfast

The Hotel has an excellent breakfast and the restaurant staff was VERY friendly. Rooms are very nice furbished.

The beds were very wear out and uncomfortable (too soft and hollow)

Hotel zum Stern - great stop en route from Alsace to Amsterdam ferry.a

Unbeatable location. Great schnitzel mit champignons. After a long drive, wonderful grossen Weissen bier too. Free parking very convenient, only a short walk. Arhweiler has been through a really tough time, since the catastrophic floods of 2021. The hotel appears one of the few places unaffected, or at least fully operational, in the old town.

No air con, or fan. Though I didn't ask for the latter.

central location, one of few local hotels open since the floods clean good buffet breakfast breads very comfortable bed good value for a 3-star central hotel in 2022 in this area hard-working staff, but a young man helped me bring my suitcase upstairs ( getting down at checkout was harder)

NO INTERNET in the room , though it was *advertised* on booking.com as having internet ( they were still waiting for installation since the flood damage in 2021). Internet offered in the restaurant would have been useless due to noise from drinkers and talkers so I did not take it and briefly used LTE instead ( only 2 bars) on site and had to go elsewhere to do more complicated things Booking.com also advertised the room had a "terrace" but it was just a communal rooftop ( not important to me, but the advertisement is misleading) No AC or fly screens, so either insects came in or you would roast during the day ( fortunately I was gone during the day), but this is typical for the area No lift They do not take credit cards, cash only The restaurant served *warm* wine ( likely poorly stored) and the food was poorly prepared ( compared with other places), sauce was like from a can

Eine gute Location für den Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Innenstadt.

Dass es wirklich sehr sauber war, Tipp topp, Zimmer mit Fenster in alle Richtungen mit tollem Blick. Angestellte waren sehr freundlich und sorgten dafür, dass ich auch vor 8.00 Kaffee bekam. Einrichtung war sehr liebevoll und passte. Lage natürlich hervorragend. Restaurant im Haus ebenfalls.

Das Zimmer hatte einen üblen Geruch, weshalb ich es vorzeitig verliess. Ich habe das dem Hotel per mail geschildert und um Rückmeldung gebeten -leider ohne Reaktion.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr saubere Zimmer. Dazu gab es ein tolles Frühstücks- buffet.

Getränkepreise waren okay, allerdings die ,, Cocktails " waren wirklich übermäßig teuer. Die Größe eines kleinen Weinglases, 3/4 gefüllt mit Eiswürfel , das ganze für 8,50 €. Man konnte vorab die Milliliterzahl nicht ersehen. Das war einfach viel zu überzogen.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Ahrweiler

Uns haben das sehr gute, vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet, die wunderbare, zentrale Lage und die schöne Außengastronomie mit ausgezeichneter Küche gefallen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend und sehr sauber.

Uns waren die Kissen zu weich. Aber das ist persönliches Empfinden. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werden wiederkommen.

Professionelle Führung, gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz.

Das Frühstück war gut. Alles jederzeit ausreichend vorhanden.

Nebenan ist eine Kirche mit lautem Glockenschlag. Dafür kann natürlich das Hotel nichts, aber ein toller Service wären Ohrenstöpsel auf dem Nachttisch.

Gutes Hotel, super zentral, gutes Essen, schöne Terrasse, Zimmer völlig in Ordnung.

Sehr schön ist die ausgezeichnete Lage, mitten am Marktplatz. Da wir 3 Tage über Pfingsten anlässlich des Pfingst-Weinfestes in Ahrweiler waren, war die Lage natürlich nicht zu toppen. Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung, sehr netter Service.

Für mich war alles in Ordnung. Wenn jedoch gehbehindert ist, wird es sehr schwierig, auf die Zimmer zu kommen. Kein Lift vorhanden, nur Treppe.

Kurzaufenthalt

Liegt sehr zentral inmitten des Marktes in Ahrweiler. Gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV. Wanderwege gut erreichbar. Frühstücksauswahl groß und gut. Alles sauber. Frühstücksfrau sehr freundlich.

Unser Aufenthalt fiel mit dem Weinmarkt zusammen, der auf dem Markt stattfand - was wir nicht wussten. Somit war es sehr laut und die Nächte nicht so entspannt. Wer Ruhe möchte sollte dann nicht hinfahren. Auch das blinkende Licht war sehr nervig. Vlt. könnte man hier Abhilfe schaffen mit einer Verdunklung des Fensters.

Zentral gelegen. Check in bereits um 10 Uhr möglich. Großes sauberes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung (auch im Bad). Exzellentes Frühstück.
