Good stay, but they need to communicate better.

Location was good and the rooms were nice and so was the sauna and breakfast.

They could have mentioned the construction going on, so therefor the street was all sandy. Also, it was unclear where we could park. Lastly, they were a big hesitant to turn the sauna on for us.

There was no parking space around the hotel, as the street was closed. We would like to be better informed about this, as we were searching for hours.

Willkommen bei freundlichen GastgeberInnen

Beeindruckend, wie der Hotelbetrieb nach der Flutkatastrophe wieder aufgenommen wurde und mit welcher Freundlichkeit wir von lieben GastgeberInnen empfangen worden sind. Viele persönliche Tipps für den Aufenthalt und für Restaurantangebote in der Umgebung runden das positive Bild ab.

Wij gebruikten het hotel als uitvalsbasis om naar de kerstmarkten van Bonn en Koblenz te gaan. Het treinstation ligt op loopafstand.

Wij gingen rond 08.30 ontbijten en hadden het vermoeden dat we zowat de laatste gasten waren; tweemaal moesten we vaststellen dat er vrijwel geen broodjes meer waren. Echter toen het personeel dit zag of toen wij erop wezen werd dit onmiddellijk in orde gebracht.

Hotel Krupp - Traditionshaus, gute Lage in der Fußgängerzone, ggf. im Sommer lauter, freundlich

Die Lage des Hotel mitten in der (Alt)Stadt/Fußgängerzone von Bad Neuenahr hat zwei Seiten. Einerseits toll zentral und somit vieles fußläufig zu erreichen, andererseits natürlich nicht frei von Geräuschen (s. andere Rezensionen) und mit akzeptabler Parkplatzsituation. Da wir im Dez. da waren, quasi kein störender Außenlärm - also richtige und gute Wahl für uns! Das Hotel hat nach der Hochwasserkatastrophe 2021 eine Renovierung erhalten, beeindruckend positives Ergebnis, tolle Blumenarrangements - Respekt und Anerkennung. Der Teppichboden in den Fluren wird vermutlich auch noch erneuert werden. Die Fußgängerzone ist jetzt neu gerichtet und wunderbar begehbar - top. Personal (einer der Geschäftsführer bei Check-in/-out) freundlich, beim frühen und guten Frühstück war alles prima 'im Griff'. Die Verteilung des Frühstückbuffets auf mehrere Stationen empfanden wir als gelungen, denn es verkürzt vermutlich Warte-Schlangen.

Leider war der Pflegezustand im Bad nicht zufriedenstellend, denn - Wassertemperatur war nicht stabil einstellbar, sie wechselte zwischen kochendheiß und sehr kalt - sehr schlecht - der Duschkopf war ungepflegt, nur wenig Wasser kam heraus und die Strahlrichtung ließ sich quasi nicht regeln, da die Halterung unvollständig war - die Verschraubung der Schläuche zu den beiden Duschköpfen war und dicht (vielleicht kam auch deswegen nur wenig Wasser aus dem unansehnlichen Duschkopf) - die Spiegelbeleuchtung war teilweise defekt - das offensichtlich recht alte Heizkörperthermostatventil ließ sich nur mit größerem Kraftaufwand betätigen Die Matratzen sind sehr weich bzw. ggf. schon durchgelegen - Austausch wäre hilfreich für einen angenehmen Schlaf. Hinweisschild im Zimmer auf kostenpflichtige Klimatisierungsmöglichkeit ist überraschend, Realisierung ?

Al met al tóch tevreden met het hotel.

Gratis parkeren in het centrum van Bad Neuenahr ! Ook fijn dat je zelfs in het weekend al om 7.00u kunt ontbijten.

In onze kamer stonden de bedden haaks op elkaar. Vanuit één bed kon je geen TV kijken.

Schlafen, Parken, E-Fahrzeug laden: Fehlanzeige!

- Frühstück ok - Kaffee obwohl aus der Kanne war gut - Frühstücksbereich sehr schön - mehrere Hotelzugänge

An schlafen war vor 3.30 Uhr morgens! nicht zu denken, da die nebenan liegende Discothek "Stadtschänke" bis dahin Tiefbasstöne spielte, dagegen nutzen Ohrenstopfen nichts. Hotelparkplatz Fehlanzeige! Nicht nur das alle Plätze dauerbelegt waren, die beiden E-Lade-Plätze waren ebenfalls durch NICHT-E-Fahrzeuge dauerblockiert und das obwohl vor der Buchung vor Ort besprochen wurde, dass aufgrund der langen Anreise mit dem E-PKW das Laden Voraussetzung sei!

Super eingerichtet, ob von der Lobby, bis hin zum Frühstück oder auch die Außenanlage. Alles mit Liebe eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und lädt ein zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück war einfach nur Klasse, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt.

Erstklassige Lage, schönes Haus, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück

Keiner in der Gruppe konnte in der Nacht durchschlafen, weil die Matratzen entweder Steinhart oder vollkommen durch gelegen waren, für den gehobenen Preis so nicht erwartbar. Rückfrage ergab keine Besserungsmöglichkeit. hier wäre dringend zu empfehlen, gute Topper anzuschaffen und die alten Matratzen auszutauschen.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Nettes Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, mit viel Liebe und ausgefallener Deko im Restaurant und Frühstücksbereich eingerichtet.

Alle 15 Minuten Glockenläuten der Kirche direkt gegenüber der Hotelrückseite und morgens um 8 Uhr noch eine kleine Melodie als Zugabe. Vor dem anderen Eingang auf der Vorderseite leider momentan eine Baustelle in der Fußgängerzone. Nicht perfekt für Gäste mit leichtem Schlaf. Aber zumindest die Baustelle ist ja zeitlich begrenzt.

Ich war als Radfahrer für eine Nacht dort und konnte mein E-Bike aufladen.

Das gesamte Erdgeschoss ist neu gestaltet, innen architektonisch, sehr geschmackvoll geworden. Auch mein Zimmer war modern und renoviert. Besonders zu loben ist, dass es keinen Teppichboden hatte.
