The very elegant decoration in this Art Deco hotel was extraordinary, matched by the very friendly and attentive staff who evidently love their hotel. The food was outstanding; fine dining with silver service, with a range of exquisite dishes magnificently prepared and served in a beautiful room. This hotel is well placed, adjacent to the park, the river, and the town. An excellent location for trekking the Red Wine Trail, and with a spa to aid recovery from a day of hiking.

Good brekky, fantastic bread. Stellar location along the riverside. Wonderful patio/bar area with very lovely and helpful staff.

Construction for the Landsgartenschau 2023. we knew this in advance. Bathroom small and old.

Stayed before, knew standards were high , love the food and swimming pool .

Because of covid , Breakfast was not buffet style, you had a pro forma to fill the night b4 and hand in at 8pm. 3 slots in total to keep guests spread. our room, was superior class, with a living end settee table etc. we also had a very long balcony which was lovely. as it is a family run business it was nice to see same staff as previously.

we have stayed here before so we knew what to expect; nothing to dislike

Sehr schön wenn man keinen Schlaf braucht.

Der SPA-Bereich ist sehr schön gemacht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück sowie der Frühstücksraum sind sehr ansprechend. Rund ums Hotel gibt es genügend Parkmöglichkeiten.

Die Hellhörigkeit der alten Bausubstanz lässt einen Nachts nicht zur Ruhe kommen. Man hört die Zimmernachbarn sehr deutlich und das bis in die Morgenstunden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist auch nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß.

Ein rundum sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir waren in der Vorweihnachtszeit dort. Unser Zimmer lag Richtung Ahr und wir konnten direkt auf den Weihnachtsmarkt schauen. Das war sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Besonders beim Frühstück: Der Service hat oft gefragt, ob wir noch etwas möchten. Sie haben sich sogar gemerkt, was wir am Vortag gegessen haben. Auf Wunsch gab es frisch gebratene Eier. Davon abgesehen hatte das Fühstück alles was man sich wünscht. Wir waren wirklich begeistert. Auch die Zeit (Wochenende bis 11 Uhr) fanden wir prima. Der Saunabereich ist super, alles neu und sehr schön, vor allem sauber. Es gibt zwei tolle Saunen, ein großes Schwimmbad (auch gut zum Bahnen schwimmen), einen Whirlpool und einen Ruheraum. Das ist ein perfekter Ausgleich nach dem Trubel auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Besonders gut fanden wir: Man durfte den Wellnessbereich auch nach dem Auschecken noch nutzen. Das war wirklich top! Einen Parkplatz haben wir direkt vor der Tür bekommen: 5€/24h. Vollkommen in Ordnung. Uns wurde für den zweiten Tag ein Platz im Innenhof angeboten, aber wir standen so gut, dass wir die 5€ in Kauf genommen haben.

Die Betten waren für mich etwas zu hart. Ich schlafe aber zum Glück überall ganz gut. Mein Partner fand die Betten in Ordnung. Ich hätte mir auf dem Zimmer eine Möglichkeit gewünscht, mir ein heißes Getränk zu machen. Zum Beispiel Kaffee oder Tee. Ich mag das besonders morgens, noch vor dem Aufstehen. Es gab allerdings eine Minibar mit kalten Getränken, eine Wasserflasche und sogar Äpfel auf dem Zimmer. Die Äpfel waren sehr liebevoll vorbereitet - mit einem Messer zum Selberschneiden. Das fanden wir total süß. Deshalb ist der Wunsch nach Kaffee oder Tee für mich eher ein kleines Luxusproblem. 😊

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer gemütlichen Villa mit Hallenbad und Sauna

Mir hat die alte, neu renovierte Villa ausgezeichnet gefallen. Sehr gemütliche, besondere Atmosphäre. Ich war begeistert vom Hallenbad, der Sauna und dem Whirlpool. Sehr schön! Das Frühstücksbüfett war reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Frühstück reichlich, abwechslungsreich, sehr gut präsentiert, ausgesprochen lecker. Lage des Hotels prima zentral, Hotelpersonal professionell und trotzdem familiär. Sehr netter Empfang auf dem Zimmer mit einer Flasche Wasser und Obst.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefiel.

Kleines Juwel, direkt an der Ahr

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Sehr schönes Hotel, das nach dem Hochwasser renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sehr liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sensationell, es gibt ausreichend Personal, so dass man nicht lange warten muss. Die Auswahl ist hervorragend, ich wüsste nicht was einem fehlen könnte. Zur Lage des Hotels… Wunderschön gelegen direkt an der Ahr mit Blick auf den Kurpark.

Für zwei Nächte würde ich trotz Mankos nochmal buchen

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, schöner Frühstücksraum und Bar. Super Lage direkt gegenüber vom Kurpark, Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt, aber hier ist alles modernisiert.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, welches schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen war . Weiße lange Gardinen und Blümchen Vorhang mit Bordüre. Alte Holzmöbel, ein winziger TV, oller Teppich, Bett nicht besonders bequem, aber dafür Bad neu gemacht und alles sauber
