Ok hotel poor customer service, wouldn’t return for that reason.

We booked 1 room but ended with a duplicate booking for the same night, neither booking.com nor this hotel could have cared less causing us too spend double the price for 1 night. The hotel totally refused to discuss it and booking.com did their usual when something goes wrong… NOTHING !

Customer service, a little interaction from staff but clearly a systems based business with no staff training on customer service. Very poor and very disappointing, but hopefully they 100€ extra they managed to keep comes back to haunt them.

Excellent fresh and modern hotel in a great location for exploring Bad Nuerenahr and Ahrweiler.

Very fresh and modern design hotel with good quality fittings and furnishings in the bedrooms and public areas. Lots of space in the bathroom and a very good shower. Breakfast was continental style with a good selection of fresh produce. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel felt quiet and peaceful but was only a short walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel had a separate wine bar which was ideal for drinks in the evening.

Air con would have been a bonus but not essential.

Very comfortable hotel

An excellent clean and quite new hotel. It was ideal for our needs. There was ample parking space. The breakfast buffet provided everything we needed.

Perfectly positioned near loads of parkingfacilities in the city centre, modern and nice rooms, and amazing nice people making you feel like family. Nice breakfast: everything you need. Look no further! Suited for people in wheelchairs too.

Room on sun-side of the building was far too hot. Cars were parked on disabled parking spaces without having a license. People were drinking heavily outside opposite the entrance.

the hotel was easily accessible by car with free parking. Reception was 24/7 so a late check-in was no problem. The room was modern and exceptionally clean.

The mattress was too soft for my taste and there was no air conditioning in the room.

Good breakfast, large comfortable room, no problem with late check-in, friendly staff, only a few minutes drive from the A61. But quiet!

Superb

Wonderful newly renovated spacious rooms, even the "single" room is actually a double and everything was very clean. The location is great too as it is right next to the train station (noise was not an issue though). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Prima hotel

Mooie ruime nieuwe kamer. Grote douche. Goed ontbijt buffet. Rustig, geen last van lawaai binnen. Dicht bij het centrum. Sliepen hier een nachtje op doorreis.

De avond-receptionist was niet sympathiek. Heel kortaf en stond totaal niet open voor vragen. Met het parkeren werden we door de intercom afgesnauwd dat we naar binnen moesten komen. In de ochtend met uitchecken was er een stagiaire, die was wel heel aardig.

Außergewöhlich gutes Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert.

Relativ neues Hotel in bester Lage. Sehr sauber, alles barrierefrei. Für den Preis wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Geräumiges Bad. Gutes Bett. Besonders freundliches Personal.

Ich war im Winter da, bei geringer Belegung. Der Bodenablauf der Dusche roch etwas faulig. Wahrscheinlich eine Zeit lang nicht mehr benutzt. Das dürfte ein leicht zu lösendes Problem sein und soll den hervorragenden Gesamteindruck nicht schmälern.
