Außerordentlich freundliches Personal, sehr saubere und gemütliche Zimmer. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Top Lage in der Altstadt.
Öffentliche Bereiche (insb. Flure in den oberen Stockwerken) eher rustikal. Mülleimer im Badezimmer war bei Ankunft nicht geleert.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und groß. Das Frühstück war für ein Drei-Sterne Hotel völlig ausreichend und das Angebot groß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Hund wurde täglich mit begrüßt und durfte mit in den Speisesaal. Von unserer Seite empfehlenswert.
Die Parkplatzsituation könnte sicher verbessert werden. Zu wenig Parkplätze auf sehr engen Raum bei sehr vielen Gästen
