Schönes Hotel für einen Wanderaufenthalt im Ahrtal. Zentral gelegen in Ahrweiler, Geschäfte, Bahnhof Rotweinwanderweg fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer und Personal. Gutes Frühstück.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone wenige Minuten vom Marktplatz entfernt; daher erreicht man alle s Wesentliche schnell, ohne vom Lärm der Marktplatzgastronomie gestört zu werden. Das Hotel ist (wohl in Folge der Überschwemmung) neu renoviert. Ein Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist für ein so kleines Haus bemerkenswert gut und reichhaltig, jedenfalls abwechslungsreicher als das in den 4-Sterne-Hotels, die ich im letzten Jahr besucht habe.
