Disappointing stay

Really good location, central with good transport and food options nearby. Living and bedroom areas are spacious.

The bathroom design is terrible as it has a shower over the bath and the vanity is right in front of where you step out of the bath. In addition the washing machine is under the vanity and the door opens to touch the bathtub. The washing machine was unusable as it stank of mould and all the seals were full of wet black mould. This is because you can't leave the door if the machine open for it to dry out after using it as it is in your passage of movement in the bathroom. I told the host about this on our first morning and asked for it to be cleaned. Someone came whilst we were out and turned it onto the drum clean cycle.....it went for hours and we couldn't use it as we then had insufficient time to get everything washed and dried. Plus the mould was still there. Proper cleaning after each tenant obviously doesn't happen. The door backs and around handles in the bathroom were very dirty. The pillows were putrid. Old, yellowed with saliva and bloodstains 🤢 I asked for new ones which were delivered but really???????? On top of this I was charged 20 euro for leaving the bags at the apartment 3 hours early. (I did not request early check in, only to leave the bags). If I had been told about this cost I could have made an informed decision (luggage storage places charge half that btw). But no, it was just added to my bill which they processed payment of 2 weeks prior to arrival. So if I had changed plans about the luggage storage.....too bad how sad. Every other apartment I have stayed in on this trip (16 bookings all up) has happily stored our bags at no charge. I really got the feeling they do not care about your experience as a guest. It is about doing and providing the bare minimum to maximise profits. I would not recommend staying here.

Great location. Would be a great apartment if things were properly maintained. Chaos with keys. Dishwasher not working. Fridge iced up. No one there to meet us. Two days to get the door fixed.

Lovely Apartment but will never use a DIFY apartment again.

After paying upfront, another 150% of the 3 night fee was taken from our account as BOND, and this was taken 1 week before arrival - without any notice. This was totally unacceptable, and we will not use a DIFY properties again anywhere.

GREAT (!) location - the main attractions are less than 20 minutes walk, and there are plenty of grocery and other shops minutes away. Painless check-in process - a very kind young lady showed up with keys, let us into the flat and made sure the necessities work. The flat itself has a big comfy sofa, a double-bed bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen (with a somewhat mysterious oven), a bathroom with a great shower, and - at the end of a weirdly long corridor - a toilet. P.S. the name of the wi-fi network shown on the 'welcome' sheet is incorrect, The correct name is the same as the password.

A few small things. The dishwasher tables were missing and there was very little dishwasher detergent.

Avoid! really poor management resulting in stress

stressful to deal with the staff leading up to, during & post. debit account, inc accounts they are not authorised and should not have kept record of with no prior communication. each time it was queried was sent response that communiva PRIOR to any debuts will be sent- never happened in the 3 occasions have sent 3 messages ( 2 emails, 1 WhatsApp) requesting confirmation security deposit has been removed- no response from property, pending auth still on account. will be contacting bank to formally initiative complaint & dispute

Location, location and location.

Difficult to use oven, and no instructions. Icebox was full of ice. Would be good to melt it away every now and then. One of electrical sockets was loose from the wall. Did not see the owner, keys were provided in a keybox. Little storage space, had to leave two suitcases with almost all of the contents just on the floor.

Décevant.

L'appartement est très bien placé en plein centre, on fait tout à pieds, c'est très agréable. Décoration du salon plutôt sympa.

La première impression est bonne mais on déchante vite. Les équipements sont sommaires. Un seul verre à vin par exemple pour un appartement vendu pour 2 à 4 personnes. Mais le plus désagréable c'est l'absence de communication avec l'agence qui le loue. Nous avons eu un problème technique avec la salle de bain et malgré 3 messages, aucune réponse. Quelques détails laissent aussi à désirer : poignée de porte des toilettes cassées, tiroir inutilisable dans le dressing, pas d'essuie-tout ou de serviettes papier. Et odeurs de nourriture et friture dans la cage d'escalier. En gros, ça va pour cette fois mais je ne reviendrai pas.
