Wonderful location across the river from old town

Loved the “style” of the apartment. Lived the decor and the well stocked kitchen. Elevator!! 👍🏼

Spiral staircase to “loft” was narrow and step… tough to go up and down for adults. Very low ceiling in the loft- queen and single bed… toilet was downstairs…challenging, but still loved it overall. Giant tub, which I loved too

The only good thing about this apartment was the location.

Location

9 day stay. Toilet stunk, the entire time. Very poor communication with host. We had to purchase additional trash bags (only ones on site were in the cans) toilet paper (2 rolls for 9 days for a family), plus paper towels and salt and pepper. These are additional items I would expect. No wine opener (we are in France for goodness sake). Had to fold and put away towels that were left in the dryer. Apartment felt unclean and trashy. Miscellaneous items shoved in various spaces that do not need to be in a rental. And again, extremely poor communication with host. Also, we did not realize that you cannot stand up straight on the second floor where there are 2 beds. I did not measure, but guessing at most there is about 5 feet of vertical space. And very noisy! Don’t plan on a good nights sleep if you stay here.

Expensive, noisy but central

Very central and spacious living area.

The second bedroom is on a mezzanine which is under 1.5m high. This means they you are bent over and very difficult to access. The bathroom is head height if you are not too tall (unfortunately one of our group couldn’t stand without bending). The flat is also above a bar and very very noisy until 3am.

Awesome location close to the opera. Really well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Check in was super simple and the host communicated so well - it was a pleasure!

The street noise wasn't great. That was the only downside to be honest.

Great family stay in the heart of the City.

This location is in a great spot of Lyon's Presqu'ile. Steps to the bus and metro. Cool and clever interior. Took in all the main sites of town. Walked to an evening night cap atop the Opéra National de Lyon with panoramic views from Les Muses bar. Plus, it was just a few blocks to the market on the quai and just 1.5 blocks to the Monoprix grocery store. As for the interior, we slept five, enjoyed meals at the apartment, and made good use of the WiFi. The host was in contact frequently and is also very nice. We'd stay again when we return to Lyon.

Un séjour ruiné et de l'argent arnaqué !

Horrible séjour, la personne ne noys a envoyé aucune information pour l'arrivée. Elle n'a jamais répondu à nos appels. Et en arrivant, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir, impossible de rentrer dans le bâtiment. Même le voisin ne connaissait pas qui louait son appartement dans l'immeuble et n'a pas pu nous aider. Bref à 21h, nous nous sommes résolus à chercher un autre hébergement pour notre famille avec nos 3 enfants. Et bien sûr aucun remboursement pour cette grosse arnaque !

Le séjour n'a pas pu avoir lieu, c'était une grosse arnaque !

Sélour Lyon.

L'emplacement plein centre, arrivée autonome. Belle ville. Le parking privé.

La communication pas très fluide. Doit relancer pour obtenir les informations pour l'arrivée. L'appartement était froid. Nous nous sommes gelés. Je comprend qu'une rénovation des fenêtres représente un énorme budget pour un immobilier classé, mais l'isolation laisse vraiment à désiré, froid et bruit. Certaines fenêtres ne ferment pas. Idéal pour les fêtards, car si votre sommeil est un peu léger vous avez la chance d'entendre les saoulards de la nuit. De plus la balayeuse mécanique de la commune statione et fait le plein sous vos fenêtres (départ 6h30, 3 tournées) N'oublions pas les éboueurs. L'appartement et l'emplacement serait vraiment au top si il était bien isolé. A signaler que les chaises ne sont pas solide (remarque déjà signalée par un autre client), je me suis assis et une chaise qui était rongée par les vers s'est cassée, heureusement que je ne me suis pas blaissé (je pèse 72 Kg). Mes critiques sont constructives et pas du tout dans un esprit négatif ou de réclamations. Le plan pour accéder au parking, sympas, l'adresse du parking serait encore mieux, programation du navigateur dans le véhicule, et voiĺà arrivée simplifiée après plusieurs heures de route et le stress de la conduite dans une ville inconnue. (merci).

Propriétaire et appartement très agréable

L'appartement est très agréable, bien décoré, bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter le centre de Lyon (le parking souterrain Opéra à proximité, accéssible avec la carte abonné est très appréciable). Mais ce que nous retiendrons également et surtout c'est la gentillesse et la grande disponibilité d'Elsa la propritétaire. Nous étions à Lyon avec les enfants car mon mari avait subi une grave opération, et perdu dans les rues à 21h30, elle nous a guidé et a été très à l'écoute au vu de notre stress ! Merci encore Elsa.

Appartement un petit peu frais mais nous n'avons pas voulu redérrager Elsa.

Tollste Lage neben Restaurants, Bars und Metro, sauber, gepflegt, gemütlich + sehr nette Vermieterin

Die Lage ist sensationell und der Gratisparklplatz im sehr nahe liegenden Opera Parking perfekt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad ist schön und sauber. Der Wohnbereich gepflegt und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Vom Appartement aus erreicht man super Restaurants und Bars in Sekunden. Die Metrostation Hotel del Ville ist gleich neben an. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Ich würde wieder dort buchen wollen, wenn die fantastische Stadt Lion bald wieder Destination wird. Wir haben eine tolle Woche Sommerferien da verbracht. Lyon, die Hauptstadt des guten Essens und Geniessens. Der Park Tete d'Or sehr zu empfehlen auch Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse. Die Altstadt, die Kirchen, die Plätze verleihen einem zum Staunen.

Zentraler könnte die Wohnung nicht sein. Man kommt sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zurecht, da die nächste U Bahnstation 50m von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist einzigartig und sehr schön. Wir waren da zu fünft und haben alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe war sehr praktisch, da es im Zentrum von Lyon sonst sehr teuer gewesen wäre.

Die Lautstärke der Strasse kann für empfindliche Ohren nachts anstrengend sein (Müllabfuhr, Straßenreinigung, laute Fussgänger).

Séjour centre de Lyon opéra atypique avec parking

L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer une semaine agréable. Très bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables. Une chambre fermée en bas et un espace mezzanine (ou la hauteur est limitée on ne peut pas se tenir debout dans cet espace). Appartement situé en centre ville à 2 pas de l’opéra et proches de toutes les commodités (supérette, restaurants, magasins…). transport en commun en bas de l appartement (bus, tramway, metro) ce qui est très pratique. le Parking sous terrain proposé avec la location est à 5 minutes à pieds. La propriétaire est très réactive aux différentes demandes, disponible et agréable.

- Beaucoup de bars et restaurants rendant l’appartement assez bruyant par manque d isolation des fenêtres. - l’accès limité devant l appartement pour déposer ses valises.

Parfait séjour !

La localisation est la meilleure à Lyon ! L'appartement est très beau et original. Tous les équipements sont disponibles, on était très à l'aise ! Notre hôte Elsa prenait de nos nouvelles pour confirmer que tout se passait bien pour nous.

Un peu la sonorisation dans la chambre en bas seulement. Tout le reste est parfait !
