An excellent venue for a visit to Lyon!

It was a roomy apartment, ideal for a couple, in an excellent location; quiet street in the old quarter near the Saone and lots of nearby restaurants.

Very little; a little extra lighting and also knobs on kitchen cupboards would have been useful; but these are minor details in the overall scheme of things.

Brief 2-night stay nearby Vieux Lyon

Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to the metro cable car station, the cathedral and Vieux Lyon. It has everything we need for the stay, including a combo washer/dryer in the bathroom, a small kitchen in the hallway, a bedroom separated from the living area with a glass sliding door. The management staff gives clear instructions on self check in and is responsive to messages.

It’s a bit over priced, especially with an extra charge of €40 for cleaning, while we were asked to clean all the dishes and take out all the trash before leaving. In other apartments I rented during our 10 days road trip, this is the only one that charged extra cleaning fee.

Living well in beautiful Lyon

The apartment was modern and very comfortable (excellent bed), with a good amount of space. The washer/dryer was very handy, as was self catering. We walked a lot, enjoyed the old town atmosphere, eateries and historical landmarks, also good shopping. Our host was excellent, very helpful and accommodating, with great communication.

A comfortable modern apartment for staying in a historic city!

My friend and I stayed in the flat for a week. The location in a historic neighborhood was great as a starting point for exploring Lyon, and the size of the flat gave us each some space. Very comfortable!

Either I missed the information about the pre-stay deposit or it was just hard to find in the booking, I would suggest making that more obvious. I have just small suggestions: get a better paring or chef’s knife in the kitchen or to cook with, and update some of the recommendations for stores and restaurants (about half of the recommended restaurants were closed, but there were many other great places nearby). Otherwise, our experience was great!

Estaba molt ben situat en plè "Vieux Lyon" Tenia de tot per poder cuinar. És perfecte per dues persones. Vam tenir un petit problema i la comunicació amb els responsables de l'apartament va ser genial.

- Localisation idéale dans le Vieux Lyon mais à l’écart de l’agitation et des nuisances sonores. - Appartement propre, spacieux et bien agencé. - Arrivée et départ en autonomie.

Mettre en route les radiateurs (ne serait-ce qu’à 16 ou 17°C) quelques heures avant l’arrivée des voyageurs permettrait qu’ils se sentent bien dès leur arrivée dans les lieux plutôt que de les contraindre à grelotter durant de longues heures…

Appartement fonctionnel, propre et très bien situé. Je ne peux que le recommander. On peut rejoindre les lieux touristiques et la ville commerçante à pieds. La réactivité et la disponibilité de l’hôte étaient au top!

Correct pour un court séjour

L'emplacement était assez fantastique. Pour le reste ça varie entre correct et très bien.

Aucune place pour parquer l'auto, les stationnements en périphérie sont interdits la nuit malgré l'information du l'ocateur et pour ceux en ville on a trouvé rien de mieux que 42 Euros les 24 heures!

Hebben genoten van ons verblijf en aangenaam verrast van de stad Lyon.

Heel goede ligging , op wandelafstand van het oude Lyon, dicht bij het water en toch rustig gelegen . Gelegenheid om eten te kopen, iets te gaan drinken of eten op wandelafstand . Niet ver te voet naar de metro . Appartement is gezellig ingericht en geen last van lawaai in het gebouw en van het straatleven . Proper en netjes . Alles is aanwezig om eventueel zelf te koken . Eigenaars waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Op alle ogenblikken beschikbaar via berichten.

Nette Wohnung im ruhigen Teil der Altstadt

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und sehr schön ruhig am Rande der Altstadt. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bäckerei und Ubahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß prima erreichbar. Sehr hilfreich war auch das PDF mit konkreter Wegbeschreibung von beiden Bahnhöfen und zum Checkin. Die Wohnung war insgesamt angenehm und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung war in Ordnung mit einer Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Herd&Ofen, Waschmaschine usw., es hat fast nichts gefehlt (außer siehe unten). Man hat außerdem sehr gut und gemütlich geschlafen!

Gewünscht hätten wir uns einen Kleiderhaken im Flur und einigermaßen scharfe Messer in der Küche (haben zum Schneiden unser eigenes Taschenmesser benutzen müssen). Außerdem roch es im Badezimmer leider nach Zigarrettenrauch (evtl vom Vormieter?).

Het appartement was ideaal gelegen: vlakbij het oude centrum van Lyon. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de autosnelweg. Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht en de bedden waren heerlijk!

Der schöne Schein trügt…

Das Zimmer war SEHR nett eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Lage im weniger stark frequentierten Teil der Altstadt war auch sehr OK.

ABER: Eine Rolle Toilettenpapier (!), vier Kaffeekapseln und nur zwei Handtücher (im heißen Sommer) für zwei Personen und drei Nächte, das nenne ich eine Chuzpe! Oder den berühmten Je-m‘en-foutisme… Ganz abgesehen von der horrenden Kaution, die es vorab zu überweisen galt. Schade!

Mis à part l'emplacement rien, à fuir.

L'appartement était insalubre quand nous sommes arrivés. Draps non changés, serviettes salles et encore mouillées, pansements sales sur le sol, pas de papier toilette, etc ... Obligé de téléphoner à l'agence qui gère l'appartement, en anglais, pour avoir une personne qui passe faire le ménage. Aprés le ménage, seulement un lit était fait, nous obligeant à ouvrir un set de draps, un seul rouleau de papier toilette, pas de capsules de café malgré nos demandes répétées ...
