It was fine for a few nights.

Communication with the host was pretty good, via text etc. We had enough space and used the kitchen and washing machine. High ceilings, quirky layout but perhaps that’s typical in French apartments. Could walk in from the Lyon Part Dieu train station, not too far from metro and supermarkets, small restaurant just next door.

We chose this venue because we are four adults, and it offered three beds (2 of us do not want to share a bed). Unfortunately only two beds were made up for us, and then an extra charge was levied when the host came in and provided more bed linen. Too much furniture in places leaving little space for suitcases, or to open wardrobes. Odd stuff in cupboards (paint tins, random kitchen supplies). Being near the train station might mean it’s not the greatest neighbourhood. We had no real issues, just a fair bit of shouting in the streets one night.

Lovely apartment

Location is near metro line. It is so easy to access city centre about 10 min. Easy access to apartment. It has everything you need in a home. Too big . 5 people can live here so easy.If you love old city buildings and apartments like us, you will love here.

No elevator. And it is need a little more cleaning.

Wonderful apartment

This is our second stay at the same place and we love everything about it. The apartment is very cosy, comfortable and feels like home. Especially the second bedroom is the favorite of my son. You can walk or take the nearby metro to anywhere you like. The hosts are very kind, and we thank again Mrs. Sine for letting us stay a few hours more on our check-out day. It really saved our day.

Nothing to improve. The cooking ware were a bit used last time, but now they are all renewed and thanks for that. The apartment is at the second floor with no elevator, it wasn't a problem for us, but one should just know before booking.

The place is very large and well-decorated. It's very close to a metro stop. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The host is very kind, flexible, and accommodating.

There is no bin for recycling. Everything else was great.

Cozy apartment with 2 rooms, kitchen and bath

My husband and I spent 6 days workation in this apartment. Internet worked very well. It took only 2 min walk to tram D and there are several supermarkets and bakeries. Sine was very friendly and replied to our messages almost immediately.

The size of the toilet room is really small. And the separation of bathroom and toilet, but I think it is common in France ;)

Friendly hosts, excellent location, lovely apartment, comfortable beds, excellent value for money

Sine and Yannick, the hosts, were very friendly and answered any questions we had about the apartment. Location was excellent, opposite Metro, 4 stops to Lyon Old Town. Cafe next door serves nice simple food. Lots of supermarkets nearby. Beds really comfortable and the apartment is spacious with lovely high ceilings. Kitchen very well equipped. Separate bathroom and toilet. Ample storage.

This was nothing to do with the apartment or hosts but we are from Ireland, where we don't have an issue with mosquitoes. Due to Covid, we hadn't travelled for 2 years and forgot about them. We were badly bitten the first night, so perhaps buy some repellent or spray if they bother you.

A place where the whole family feels good

Very cozy and beautiful apartment, renovated and nicely decorated, with a special kind of alcove for the kids.. my son loved his bedroom :) very kind owners, we were very nicely welcomed at our arrival.. the neighborhood is very pleasant, with a park around the corner, at walking distance (15 min) to the city center. We loved our view from the window. It is a place where the whole family feels good and at home. Thank you..

The entrance of the building and the stairs are not as well maintained as the apartment but no problem, it is usually the case in old buildings, and one gets used very easily. Saturday night and whole Sunday morning was really (!) noisy because of some party going on next door. But again I am sure it doesn't happen all the time.

Pour passer quelques jours agréables !

Très bien situé, à 20 minutes à pied de la gare Lyon Part-Dieu, un bel appartement bien agencé. Métro Garibaldi à proximité, vous êtes en 15 minutes dans le vieux Lyon.

Comme tout appartement qui a son charme de l’ancien, l’isolation phonique n'est pas son point fort (parquet grinçant, voisins du dessus qui font les 100 pas en pleine nuit...). Si vous n'êtes pas sensibles au bruit cela ne vous ne gênera pas.

Bel et grand appartement très bien situé ( 20 min à pied de la gare et du centre de Lyon, arrêt métro juste en face). Très bien équipé, très propre. Hôte très joignable et qui veille au confort de ses clients.

Logement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Ambiance chaleureuse. Très bien situé, hôte réactive et très aimable. Je reviendrai volontiers pour un prochain séjour en famille ou avec des amis.

Appartement spacieux, propre, très calme. La chambre principale est grande, confortable, La deuxième chambre, petite, a été utilisée comme dressing. La salle de bain est vraiment spacieuse et confortable Les toilettes se trouvent dans une pièce séparée, peut-être un peu petite. La cuisine est complète et équipée de tous les éléments nécessaires. Tous les appareils sont en parfait état de fonctionnement. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles pour tout. Transports publics pratiques et commerces de première nécessité, à proximité de chez vous.

Soggiorno perfetto per una visita alla bellissima città di Lione

La casa è molto accogliente, completa di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno in cui puoi anche preparare pasti. La posizione è perfetta a pochi passi dalla metropolitana e ricca di parcheggi pubblici nei dintorni (a pagamento eccetto che dalle 19 alle 09). Nei dintorni ci sono market, ristoranti e ogni genere di servizi e di esercizi commerciali. L’host ha risposto con sollecitudine a tutte le richieste formulate. Tornerei sicuramente.
