Amazing host

Everything, specially the owner (agent) was very responsive and helpful. The area is very safe and had all necessary shop within 5 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean. The hosts was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place

great host and wonderful apartment

It is a nice duplex to stay at away from the noisy city centre. The kitchenette is small but has everything needed to put a proper meal together. Recommended for a small family who wants to leave and quiet to sleep at night.

perfect apartment for visiting Lyon!

everything we could need, was available! Safe and quiet surroundings. Little traffic in the street. Metro was not far away. The bakery ( open at 7 o’clock!) is around the corner : fresh croissants every morning. We are 2 friends and we had each a large bedroom with double bed. and we appreciate the little stuff provided in the kitchen like teabags, sugar, coffeepads, salt, pepper and other herbs. Even a very welcoming tablet of chocolate on the coffee table! we recommend the apartment very much!!!

Comfortable accommodation.

The first floor apartment has its two bedrooms on an upper level, accessed by stairs that require you to stoop at the midway landing due to the low ceiling if taller than about 5 feet. Large bedrooms with both air conditioning and electric radiators. The Velux skylights have external shutters. The fridge has a freezer section. Well appointed kitchen. Car parking is by a high traffic residential road and luck will determine whether you get one nearby the building. There is no restriction/cost for street parking. TV has internet streaming. Good wifi speed.

I had nothing suitable to block out the flashing air conditioner LED control in the bedroom (no power switch) so had to resort to using an airline sleep mask. There was an electric tape on the light but that had peeled off.

Overall, a great stay, highly recommended!

Property was clean, inviting and comfortable. Further, it was fairly representative of the uploaded pictures. Apartment was also well-stocked, and contained many useful features. Lastly, neighborhood was quiet and gave an authentic Lyonise feel. Jean and Fleur were highly communicative and helpful albeit the self-check in. Would highly recommend this stay to all for the price we paid!

Parking could be hard to find because the streets are pretty full, but that is outside the control of the hosts.

A la propreté impeccable, cet appartement est facile d'accès et idéalement situé pour visiter Lyon et les alentours. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs. Nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer ce bien pour notre prochain séjour à Lyon.

El alojamiento ha estado muy cómodo, en todo momento me he sentido como en casa. El propietario nos ha dado un buen servicio y un buen recibimiento. No ha habido ningún problema y propietario responde rápidamente a los mensajes. La zona es muy tranquila y el transporte público está al rededor del alojamiento.
