Bella stanza a dieci minuti dal centro in auto.
In estate senza aria condizionata è difficile riuscire a dormire

Well-located, within walking distance from Parilly tube station (about 10/15 minute). Peaceful neighbourhood, private basement parking, which is comfy with the high temperatures because you find your car cool and ready to go. For us it wasn't a problem, but beware that the studio is on the third floor and there's no lift.
The bathroom has a source of natural light, but it does not have a window that can be opened, so it becomes extremely hot and humid when you take a shower, something similar to a sauna. There's no Aircon in the studio, which seems to be a a feature of French city flats from what we have understood, so that makes nights unbearably hot. The provided electric fan does little during the heatwave.

Accès facile, bonne explication, matelas confortable. Parking sécurisé
La station de métro est à peine plus loin que prévu Les draps étaient douteux, pleins de cheveux retrouvés alors que c’était censé être propre

Easy to access the Parilly metro station (line D), local buses and park; close to the main road and food/restaurant options that were even open on a Sunday. It was handy to have a washing machine and microwave. The bed was a good size. There were lots of towels. It was good to have a light on the bedside table, as well as a main ceiling light and one to illuminate only the kitcen area. This property was extremely good value for money; I stayed there in the interim between arriving in France and moving into my student accommodation in Lyon, and I was happy that it had room for me to store my luggage in the room. I am not sure if I would have booked this place if its listing had been more reflective of reality. The sheer amount of flats is overwhelming and so the host's instructions for checking in / obtaining the keys were not easy to follow. I agree with another review that it is like staying in 'un quartier HLM', with implications for how safe I felt as a solo woman. My apartment was up three flights of steps (no lift). Without the picture that the host had sent of the name on the door, I would have been completely lost; anyhow, as they had not said how many stairs I needed to climb, I checked every floor for the right door. The fitted bed sheet was full of bobbles, evidently having been washed too many times. Even in budget accommodation, I think the quality of the bedding is of paramount importance; after the first very uncomfortable night, I ended up changing it myself for another sheet (slightly better condition) that I found in the wardrobe. I had to ignore the mysterious (full) black bin bag that I spotted in the same wardrobe. Talking of bedding, the bed lacked a proper duvet; it had cushions rather than proper pillows. I became injured every single time that I used the shower, as the shower head fell down from its holder mid-shower. It makes a loud noise, and hurts when landing on your foot. The wooden kitchen 'table' was not very well attached to the wall, it felt wobbly. This place is advertised as family-friendly, and I imagine that a parent(s) might be able to fit a travel cot into the room so they could stay with their baby or toddler. However, I would advise them to be aware that there was a large knife in the kitchen cupboard above the sink, not held in any kind of container. I didn't realise it was a knife until I took it out by the handle; I would hate for it to fall onto someone and injure them. The whole experience could have felt much more personal.
