Rangements et sécurité accès, clé et code accès ascenseur. Le U express juste à côté. La terrasse pas loin pour un verre en plein air
Bruit livraisons du U Express à 5 H du mat
Frigo qui ferme mal, tiroirs, porte des WC qui frottent
Robinetterie mal fixé
Clim dans le salon, donc porte ouverte pour la chambre

The availibility of people managing the apartment
The noise ! Starting at 5am with trucks that take out the bins in the street, that supply the 2 supermarket which are located just nearby, that clean the streets.

Il est très bien situé. Immeuble propre et tranquille.
Il y a plein de fourmis, la douche bouchée et la climatisation qui coule donc on a du faire attention pour ne pas faire de court circuit avec la télé. Le climatiseur refoule l’eau.
