Appartement très calme avec jardin plein sud

The help and information given to us on arrival by our host was excellent.

The only downside to the apartment is that it is the host's home rather than a set up tourist accommodation and consequently cupboards, wardrobes and fridge were full of his personal belongings. This was explained clearly to us on arrival but I think had I known in advance I would not have chosen this property option.

The apartment is very quiet and big enough for two people. It is within a short walk to the Metro Station. Frank provided clear information on entry to his complex and particular apartment.

When booking we didn’t realise that the host moves out in order to rent out his apartment. We left a day earlier than we had booked because we felt that we had intruded into someone’s home. To us the apartment was grubby and it wasn’t so much that the wardrobe had the host belongings in it but more the fact that on our arrival the waste bin had rubbish in it, the bathrooms had used soap in the basin and the shower still had all his personal gels and soaps in the shower tidy. There was also a used scouring pad in the sink. The bedroom smelt musty. Sorry not for us.
