Functional and friendly service

It was functional and we needed a place at the last minute. The toiletries (soap etc) was very much appreciated.

The apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived but the manager handled it quickly and got the apartment cleaned while we were at dinner.

Für unsere Belange gut für eine Nacht.

Der Parkplatz konnte nicht persönlich reserviert werden, war aber tatsächlich direkt vor dem Haus zu finden. Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach für unsere Kühlakkus. WLAN hat gut funktioniert.

Kein Herd vorhanden - dieser war ausgebaut. Wir haben ihn letztendlich nicht gebraucht, aber eine Information wäre gut gewesen. Hätten wir eine Innendecke für´s Bett benötigt wäre die im Schrank bereit liegende Innendecke sehr unhygienisch gewesen.

Court séjour professionnel à Villeurbanne

L'appartement est pratique et appréciable pour sa localisation près du parc de la Tête d'Or. La cuisine équipée est un plus et le séjour lumineux. La remise des clefs est facile et les hôtes peuvent être joints très facilement. Ceux-ci sont intervenus pour changer un lave-linge défectueux et le nouveau fonctionnait bien.

Il faudrait changer le mitigeur un peu ancien dans la baignoire. Une sorte de vibration de l'autre côté du mur de la chambre à coucher qui est par ailleurs au calme et où le lit est très confortable.

Proche du parc, des transports, des commerces. Parking au pied de l'immeuble. Confortable, propre et calme. Wifi à disposition. Les kits douche à disposition ainsi que le linge de toilette. L'accès en autonomie pratique qd on vient de loin avec horaire d'arrivée difficilement prévisible.

Appartamento basic senza troppe pretese, lo consiglio.

L'appartamento in se molto carino, parcheggio proprio davanti l'ingresso e con parco giochi per bambini nel retro. Comodo per visitare il parco Tete D'or, e tutta Lione prendendo i mezzi. Il proprietario offre i set di benvenuto sia per il bagno che per la cucina ed è molto veloce nel rispondere ai messaggi.

Purtroppo abbiamo mangiato seduti a terra perché eravamo in quattro ma c'erano solo due sedie. Se si ospitano quattro persone bisogna predisporre tutto per quattro. Il wifi si è rotto il giorno prima che arrivassimo e potevano sistemarlo il giorno dopo la nostra partenza (peccato perché è stato uno dei servizi per cui abbiamo scelto l'appartamento), così come la lavatrice rotta. Sarebbe stato gradito trovare il divano letto già pronto. La pulizia all'interno dell'appartamento è ok, ma persiane e finestre non vedono una pulita da tantissimo tempo.

Bel appartement pour 2personnes.

L’appartement est très beau et propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire, situé à coté du parc. Il y a des places de stationnement juste en dessous de l’immeuble ou dans les rues avoisinantes.

Ce logement est prévu pour deux personnes le canapé n’est pas confortable et devrait être changé absolument pour accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires.

Séjour très agréable

Facile à trouver, l'appartement est proche des transports, proche de la gare, du parc de la tête d'or et du palais des congrès. Il est cosy et confortable, lumineux et propre. Des petits kits d'accueil vaisselle et douche mis à disposition, ainsi que du café thé et tisane.

C'est un faux 1er étage. Le salon donne au rdc côté cour. Quelques araignées dans la chambre... Il manquait un drap pour le canapé. Les poubelles : local fermé et pas de poubelles à l'extérieur comme indiqué.

Le logement était bien situé, joliment décoré et bien équipé. Le personnel de la conciergerie qui le gère est agréable, disponible et très réactif.

Petit bémol : la nécessité de verser une caution de 150€ qui n'est pas mentionnée dans l'annonce Booking.com

L'appartement est bien situé. Il était propre, la wifi fonctionne bien. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut pour quelques nuits.

L'immeuble est un peu bruyant et le matelas n'est pas super confortable. Il faudrait des rideaux occultants pour la chambre. Dommage pour la baignoire abîmé ça fait pas très jolie...

Accueil très bon L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé, l'ameublement est suffisant.

Il a fait très chaud dans l'appartement, je ne suis pas arrivé à trouver comment régler la température. Peu de commerces aux alentours de l"appartement - une petite supérette à 5 min.
