Spacious and partially renovated apartment, well connected to the center

The location is very convenient because the building is in front of a tram stop. Also the flat is spacious.

The windows are old and at night you can often hear loud noises from outside. Moreover, the neighborhood isn’t nice, it’s just well connected with the centre by the tram. Finally I didn't like that we were asked at checkout to remove the garbage bins from the apartment, I think it's the responsibility of the cleaning service which is also included in the payment of the apartment.

A delightful haven to retire to after a day of exploring a delightful little city.

The place was very clean and had everything you needed to use it as a temporary apartment of your own during your stay. My boyfriend and I bought food and cooked at home on most days and did not have to buy anything apart from the ingredients. The bathroom is my favourite. It is lovely with plenty of clean towels and a washing machine.

The only thing I didn't like much was the sofa in the living room. The cover probably needs changing. This only bothers me cause I'm a bit of a perfectionist. it isn't all that bad though as I fell asleep on one of the 6 nights we were there.

The apartment was large and there was a private parking. The city centre was at a 20 minute distance by public transport.

The check-out process was confusing. When we checked in, we were told that someone would come to collect the keys on the day of our departure, but nobody came that day. After waiting a little we called the property management. They told us that we just had to leave the keys inside the apartment and leave. There is a website where you are asked to fill in all your personal details and arrival/departure times, but it doesn't have all the necessary information for travellers. Also for the check-in, you are asked to provide credit card details for a deposit that has to be paid in case of damage to the property. On the website they ask you to upload pictures of the property. But during check-in, they told us that this was not necessary. Another example of how confusing is the whole process.

The apartment was a bit cold. There was only one little shampoo bottle, which is not enough for several days of stay.

Petit déjeuner ? Emplacement très positif : proche du Parc de la Tête d'or Arrêts de bus et tram ( 2 lignes ) juste en face de la résidence Condorcet ! Place Wilson avec commerces à 10' à pieds !

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Lage ist ansonsten ruhig und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Lage war gut. Idealer Parkplatz. Tramhaltestelle ganz nahe. Sicherheit im Hause.

Tramverkehr von abfangs Juni bis ca. Ende Sept. nicht in Betrieb. Komplizierter Ersatz-Busbetrieb mit langen Fahrzeiten. Wohnung etwas Hellhörig. Sehr einfache Einrichtung und Möbelierung. Balkon kaum geniessbar.

Het is zeker een aanrader!

Het is super comfortabele, schone, nette en praktische woning. De locatie is perfect; binnen 15 minuten ben je in het centrum.

Er was veel lawaai laat in de avond in de flat. Wij misten een informatie boekje met nuttige en belangrijke adressen in de buurt, gebruiksaanwijzingen van apparaten in de woning, uitleg over verwarming, wifi of afval. Ook geen info over bezienswaardigheden in Lyon.
