Nice flat with a balcony and an amazing view.

The space, the view! Nice clean modern deco. Lovely place. I very much recommend it. The flat was kindly furnished with lots of coffee and tea, some food stuffs and bottled water.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit umfangreicher Ausstattung und sehr guter ÖPNV-Anbindung

Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV (Tram, Busse) ist sehr gut. Die Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Außerdem ist das Apt. sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das hat sofort ein Gefühl von Gemütlichkeit geschaffen, "cosy" eben.

Bei den Temperaturen vor Ort wäre eine Klimaanlage hilfreich gewesen, um besser schlafen zu können. Mit dem Ventilator vor Ort war es kaum möglich das Apt. in der Nacht herunter zu kühlen. Zusätzlich war es mit offenem Fenster an manchen Nächten (bspw. an einem Sonntag Abend) noch bis nach 0 Uhr in der Nachbarschaft etwas lauter. Das sind zugegebenermaßen aber auch erhöhte Ansprüche.

Appartement bouilloire par grosse chaleur.

Rien à dire sur la décoration et le nécessaire de l appartement pour y séjourner.

Cet appartement n'est pas conçu pour y séjourner en été. Appartement "bouilloire " On y suffoque. Pas de clim et les murs gardent le chaud, il fait plus frais sur le balcon... et le ventilateur mis à disposition dans l appartement ne suffit pas à ce que cela soit supportable avec les grosses chaleurs. Jai malheureusement eu un "coup de chaleur" , nous sommes vite partis le matin nous mettre au frais chez des amis.

L'appartement était bien équipé, propre et bien situé. Proche des transports en communs. Facile d'accès et joliment décoré. Petit plus : le balcon avec table et chaise pour profiter de l'extérieur m'a beaucoup plu.

Sem dúvida alguma esse foi o melhor apartamento que eu já me hospedei! Limpo, organizado, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Localização ótima, há alguns poucos metros da estação de trem.

Séjour assez satisfaisant dans l’appartement cosy - Tonkin, parc Tête d'or

L’appartement est bien situé avec une belle vue depuis le 12eme étage. La literie était confortable. La cuisine bien équipée. Les indications de l’hôte ont été très utiles.

Les travaux dans un appartement voisins ont généré du bruit aux heures ouvrables. Ces nuisances sonores étaient assez gênantes. Les espaces de l’appartement étaient propres dans l’ensemble à l’exception de la terrasse.

Appartement impeccable et confortable, contrastant agréablement avec l’ambiance du quartier.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour ! L'appartement est impeccablement propre, ce qui fait toute la différence pour se sentir à l'aise. Le confort et l'équipement mis à disposition sont vraiment appréciables. Tout est pensé pour que l’on ne manque de rien. C’était un vrai plaisir de s’installer ici pour quelques jours, je recommande.

Petit stress à l’arrivée, car les modalités d’entrée avaient fini dans mes spams, et je n’ai pas pu joindre la propriétaire tout de suite. Heureusement, le message explicatif contenait toutes les informations nécessaires, même si l’utilisation de WhatsApp est requise pour communiquer. Le quartier du Tonkin peut sembler moins serein à cause de certaines activités en extérieur, mais l’appartement offre un vrai cocon de tranquillité : une fois à l’intérieur, on s’y sent vraiment bien.
