I didn't get the breakfast so I don't know. Very basic hotel, with kitchen utensils, pot and pan, but no dish detergent. Room is clean which is most important. Need some renovations in some areas. Better than some other hotels around the area.

It’s good apartment. I like it. But the pillows are very stinky. Smell of sweat. Toilette also smelled of urine. Otherwise I like it and i might come back.

On arrival, the place looks very tired. When walking down the hallway to our room it smelt old, musty and some other bad odour. The light over the cooker was pathetic - it’s for cooking, not dancing in the moonlight. You need to see! Went to use the dishwasher - no capsules. Wash by hand? No! There’s no cloth, brush or dishwash. Apparently ALL dishwashers in building are not working! False advertising! The shower we only used once - water goes all over the floor. We had a shower over the bath so had to use that instead - although that was pathetic pressure. The door to the hallway opened up in front of the bedroom - what a pain every time! Not enough toilet paper given. Net curtains would be good - can’t open curtains without all neighbours seeing inside.

Great service. Nice appartment and a good location. Metro just next door. Good restaurants nearby, supermarkets and bakery's and all you need. A nice and quiet neighborhood. No complaints.

Like many European hotels I’ve stayed at with similar price points, the conditions are not great. The bed was hard, quality of the building is mediocre, appliances work but are not in great shape. Breakfast was quite good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a relatively quiet area with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Our experience at the hotel started off on the wrong foot. Arriving around 10 pm, we felt overwhelmed and uneasy due to a lack of information and inadequate lighting throughout the facility. It left us feeling a bit lost and insecure. Unfortunately, the challenges didn't end there. Our first assigned room had an unbearable odor and clearly had not been cleaned, forcing us to request a change. The second room was in better condition but still had issues, particularly with the bathroom as the water was clogged. Despite these setbacks, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating, doing their best to assist us through these difficult moments. While the hotel's service was commendable, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Having a hard time believing some of these reviews. In what world is this a 4 star hotel? The property is incredibly worn down. AC and hot water were broken the first day. No apologies or compensation. Very dingy feeling in the room and hallways. The pictures shown of the façade are of the BACK of the hotel. Felt incredibly misrepresented overall. Avoid avoid avoid

I was very disappointed with the cleansiness of my room. I had to keep asking Reception for toilet rolls and bin bags!
