There were issues

Quite centrally located. The exterior looks dilapidate, building is old but apartment is fine. Quite well equipped.

Toilet is narrow and small, only one radiator in the living room which makes the bedroom quite cold in winter. Biggest issue was there appeared to be mould on the bathroom ceiling, we noticed it immediately but it was too much of a hassle to rebook for two nights, but this will need to be rectified. As others have mentioned, the mandatory deposit is annoying. It was very hefty at twice the price of our stay, which doesn’t make any sense to me. They mentioned it would only be a pre authorised charge but it was directly debited from me and only refunded about 5-6 days after checkout.

comfortable apartment in an interesting , historic area of the 1st Arrondissement

Excellent location with good choice of bars and restaurants but property itself was quiet. Only 8 minutes walk from Hotel de Ville in the historic centre. and even shorter walking to the river. The whole area is walkable. In an old building but with lift to 4th Floor. The property has been brought fully up to date re bathroom and kitchen area.

Amazing apartment in Lyon

This apartment is beyond beautiful. Amazing stay in Lyon. Host allowed us to leave luggage at apartment prior to check in which was very helpful and allowed us to explore the town longer. Clean apartment. Coffee, tea and cookies provided. Nicely decorated would stay here again without a doubt.

Wonderful

Close to all areas in town, all within walking distance. Quiet and spacious. It had everything you could need for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and it was very secure. I stayed for 6 nights and loved it

The upstairs neighbours could be heard walking around in the evenings but earplugs solved the issue

A perfect apartment in a perfect location.

Everything. Contact with Valerie , our host , was excellent . She made sure we got into the apartment with ease and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had about city transport. The location was perfect with a great selection of restaurants and bars on our doorstep. The room was a good size and well equiped. Very clean , a comfortable bed , always warm and with an amazing shower. All the best visitor experiences were all within walking distance or , if furthur away , a short ride on the cheap metro system . The closest Metro stop was just minutes away. We could not have asked for anything better. a tip for reaching the apartment from the airport. Take bus 47 , tram T3 then Metro A. From there a few minutes walk. All just eur 2.10 compared to eur 16 rhone express. Very easy to use and takes about 50 minutes

a great landing pad for a couple of nights

Well located, very comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, a nice feel about the place. lots of great little bars, restaurants and bakery near by, and a short walk to beautiful views and shopping.

I’d like to address what others have complained about - yes there is nowhere to put luggage other than on the floor in the lounge really, but this is what the photos show. other people have complained about the lifts not working, we did not have this problem. yes the toilet area is small, but this wasn’t a problem for us. The only real issue we had was locating the place by car. our GPS did not recognise that part of the road was blocked off so we drove around in circles. again not a reason to not choose this place, just something to plan for.

Location was perfect! I could go almost everywhere on foot. The apartment was so pretty and comfortable as well and because the next door to the apartment is a cookie shop, the hallway smelt amazing!

There wasn't a fan in the bathroom, so the mirror got a bit foggy after showers. But it wasn't a huge problem.

The perfect stay for Lyon, would book again in a heartbeat

The apartment was AMAZING! We were blown away when we walked in and the location was perfect. 10 mins and we were in the heart of Vieux Lyon and 10 mins in the other direction and we were in Downtown Lyon. It was 15 mins by car to the train station and less than 30 to the airport. The apartment itself had a great coffee maker which I used everyday and a full kitchen. Valérie was by far the best host I’ve had. She left a little surprise baked good for us when we arrived (no spoilers) and there were small treats in the apartment for snacking. The AC kept the place so cool which was exactly what we needed when we were there during a heat wave. Nice, big bathroom compared to other stays and the living room/dining area was very spacious for 2. I slept in the bedroom and my mom on the pull out couch and we were very comfortable. I would book this apartment again in a heart beat!!!

This was not at all a problem for us but, as other people have said, the area by the toilet is a little narrow but again this was not a big deal for US

Apartamento muy acogedor, limpio, equipado y muy bien ubicado. La cama muy cómoda La anfitriona es muy atenta y estuvo siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades

El ascensor no es del todo accesible si viajas con un carrito de bebé o tienes problemas de movilidad porque hay que subir/ bajar cinco escalones para usarlo al ser un añadido en un edificio antiguo y haberlo instalado al inicio de la escalera ( pero es una buena manera de adaptarte a la ciudad)

Útil por estar bien ubicado

Superado el shock del aspecto de las zonas comunes del edificio, el aspecto general del apartamento es bueno. La ubicación es buena, en la medida en que en 5 minutos estás en la Croix Rousse, en el barrio viejo o en la Plaza del Ayuntamiento. La cama es cómoda y la cocina funcional. Valoramos especialmente la calidad del sueño, pues al ser completamente interior no se oye un solo ruido y no entra nada de luz.

En primer lugar, antes de la entrada, el empeño de la propietaria (o la gestora) en tener los datos de mi tarjeta a través de un link, para cubrir gastos de desperfectos. No estaba en el condicionado y tuvo que intervenir Booking para neutralizar ese intento. Por lo que respecta al alojamiento en sí, el baño es estrecho, especialmente el acceso a la vasija es no apto para personas corpulentas. El sumidero del plato ducha no está tragando bien, con lo cual tiende a inundarse y sacar el agua hacia fuera, sobre todo porque a una de las puertas le falta la tira de sellado. La butaca de colores de la zona de estar es muy bonita, pero no te puedes sentar en ella porque está desfondada. El ropero es una solución como provisional, muy básica, que no pega con el resto de la decoración y además es poco práctico porque las perchas (sólo una para pantalones) están muy altas. Finalmente, falta un cuchillo para pan.

unica pecca è il palazzo molto fatiscente e non rende l’idea di un posto accogliente, ma poi quando apri la porta dell’appartamento cambia tutto (in meglio ovviamente)

チェックインのタイミングで出迎えてくださり、アパートの利用に関する説明などを丁寧してくれました。また、直接、鍵の受け渡し、チェックアウト時のガイドもしてくれました。ロケーションは最高で、リオンの街の各所へのアクセスに非常に便利です。買い物や食事の面でもロケーションは最高で、近くにスーパーマーケット、パン屋などは多く、軽く一杯やランチ、夜のディナーにも最適な感じの良いレストランも多い地域です。部屋は清潔で、必要なものはすべてそろっていて、アパート内で静かに過ごせる良い環境です。なんといっても、シャワーは温度も湯量も、本当に気持ちいいです。また、過去のレビューに記載のあった「建物内は暗い」、「エレベーターが不安定」は今回の滞在では全く感じませんでした。フロアの照明も人感センサーで、エレベーターも広さ、動作も申し分ありませんでした。リヨンを満喫できる良いアパートです。
