Le White Cozy - Lyon - Croix Rousse

The neighborhood is fantastic and was a pleasure to explore. The washing machine was helpful. Although it could not be planned, the staff did attempt to allow an early check-in for me and notified me when the room was ready.

The shower, while updated, did not have a door and when turned on sprayed directly outside of the shower. After the shower, there was even more water outside and the bath mat was completely soaked. The apartment was not cozy at all and was furnished with the bare minimum. The couch was not comfortable in the slightest. Check-in instructions were clear, but the lock was extremely misleading and difficult to understand at first. It took me a while to figure out how to enter the apartment. Check out required many steps such as taking out the trash, stripping the bed, and dishes. For such a late check-in time of 5pm, I would expect all tasks be completed by the staff. I was not aware that this neighborhood was going to be at the top of a hill. BE AWARE of the stairs and do not plan to get there by walking.

C'est notre deuxième passage dans ce logement. Parce que la literie est bonne, que le logement est lumineux, la douche très agréable. Sans parler des dosettes de café, du thé, de la lessive et des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle...
