Good value for money in the area so ultimately okay, but property management a bit slack

The location was ideal - easy walking to Lyon Part Dieu train station and into Vieux Lyon. Having an apartment allowed us to feel like we were living in Lyon which we loved. Great larger grocery store and Les Halles close by and a boulangerie downstairs.

Broken toilet seat, broken chair, broken glass, broken hairdryer and some dirty dishes upon arrival. This involved some back and forth with the property manager on our first days that was a nuisance to coordinate access. Most issues were ultimately resolved - but a beach photograph cushioned toilet seat?! Strange choice. While toiletries and toilet paper are listed as included in the facility, these are only provided for your 'first days'.

Nice centrally located place

Nice centrally located apartment. Nice hosts and very easy to get the keys (we arrived very late and no problems with getting the keys from the keybox). The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, laundry machine, etc.

There is aircon in the apartment but it is cumbersome to use with a big hose that has to go out a window (letting in warm and and kind of defeating the purpose of the aircon unit). Besides that everything was fine.

It was ok for our stay there but I would not rent a second time.

Good location and clean property.

No garbage can I’m the toilet. We only had to rolls of toilet paper and ran out and noticed there was no more at 10pm at night when nothing was open. That was not great. The place was advertised as having AC. But to use you had to keep the widows open so the place never cooled down. It was nicer outside than inside.

The apartment is certainly spacious, and there is a lift/elevator, but that didn't make up for all of its many faults. There is a great little bakery on the ground floor, just outside the main entrance. The wifi worked decently. Les Halles de Paul Bocuse is not far. Not sure what else positive we can say, unfortunately.

Where to begin... I think DIFY must stand for: "Dirty, Infested, Far, & 'You shouldn't stay here." While one of the company's agents met us for check-in when we arrived (she barely made eye-contact with us and was on her phone the whole time), that was the last contact we had with them, even after we sent DIFY a message shortly after arriving that the fridge and bathroom sink were leaking. After receiving no response for a day, we didn't even bother messaging them when cockroaches showed up at the top-floor apartment one night even after we hadn't brought any food in. When we arrived, there was only half a roll of toilet paper left for us by management for a four-day stay. The sliding bedroom door had come off its track and wouldn't close. Additionally, the apartment is advertised has having air conditioning, but the unit is not installed - just sitting loose on the floor. We were told that if we wanted to use it, we had to hook up a large tube and stick it out the window - but that the window would have to remain open the entire time (counteracting the cooling effect of air conditioning!). The apartment had also been advertised as being in a central location, but it was quite a far walk to most restaurants or attractions. The only other time we heard from the DIFY agency was the evening before check out letting us know that if we left after 11am we'd be charged a late fee. Suffice it to say, we were out the door well in advance of that, since we didn't want to stay even a minute longer than we had to. Our advice: don't stay at a DIFY property!

Appart très bien mais revoir l accueil

L appartement était très bien

La réception des clés Une semaine avant on avait demandé si on pouvait rentrer dans l appartement vers 14 h aucune réponse sauf que sur place on nous indique un mauvais lieu pour récupérer les clefs Impossible d avoir cet appartement avant 16 h Et si le Vival où nous devions recevoir les clefs n avaient pas été sympas et réactifs nous attendrions encore les. Clefs car lorsque nous avons reçu le code on ne nous pas indiqué que finalement les clés étaient déposées dans un autre Vival Très déçu par le service Dify Mais heureusement que l appartement était à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions Par contre la propreté de la vaisselle pourrait être contrôlée …. Alors qu il y a un lave vaisselle et ke congélateur complètement givre …. Plein de petites choses qui pourraient être amélioré par l équipe de ménage Surtout quand on compte 6 heures pour faire le ménage Entre le départ à 10h et la réception à 16 h Vraiment déçu de l accueil

Appartement spacieux, bonne localisation pour nos déplacements quotidiens. Lit ferme, chaises et sofa confortables…

Points fables sur le radiateur de la sdb et machine à café… après avoir constaté ces désagréments, l’équipe Dify team a été très réactive pour résoudre et trouver des solutions, merci d’agir en efficacité et gentillesse.

Localização excelente, perto de transportes. Tem uma padaria mesmo por debaixo, o que é super prático e supermercados bem perto. O apartamento é muito simples e funcional, muito agradável e quentinho. Adorámos!

O espaço entre o elevador e a entrada do apartamento é pequeno, quabdo se chega cheio de malas pode ser uma surpresa. Mas o apartamento é espaçoso, estivemos muito bem.

Couettes et oreillers mériteraient une petite lessive, absence d'alèse. Siège toilettes cassé. La climatisation n'est pas assez performante pour un appartement de cette surface

Arnaque bien ficelée : après le délai d'annulation, on exige 500€ de caution (plus que le prix de la location), passeport et selfie, on est considéré comme un voleur. Conciergerie harcelante par email, mentions RGPD illégales sur les sites et applications, appart sale et délabré (ver vivant (worm) sur le canapé, placards coulissants bloqués, meubles gonflés par les infiltrations, tiroir de la table de chevet cassé...). Pingrerie honteuse (1 dosette de café, ½ rouleau de papier toilette). Un dispositif d'ouverture automatique de l'interphone était installé (photo jointe), cela sonnait à toute heure du jour et de la nuit car les gens connaissent l'astuce, et entraînait que la porte de l'immeuble soit ouverte à tous, SDF dormant dans l'escalier. Insécurité totale et nuisance sonore. Le propriétaire et la conciergerie sont malhonnêtes. À fuir absolument.

Appartamento piacevole e ampio, in una zona molto servita e vicina al centro (10 minuti a piedi). Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, letto comodo e grande doccia.

Mancanza di manutenzione, in particolare la maniglia della toilette era rotta e sono rimasto chiuso dentro. Pulizia approssimativa, soprattutto per divano e mensole. Una cosa molto fastidiosa è che il citofono suona di continuo, forse perché citofonando all'appartamento si apre il portone in automatico ed evidentemente altri condomini usano questa tecnica.

Souplesse pour rentrer dans les lieux plus tôt, logement spacieux et bien conçu, clarté et taille des pièces, confort de la literie, boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble. produits ménagers fournis.Emplacement très pratique proche des Halles Paul Bocuse et à 20 -25 minutes à pied du centre historique.

Dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas mieux entretenu : poignée des toilettes déboitée, chaise avec une vis en moins de ce fait pied bancale, tiroir de table de nuit déboité, porte de séparation entre la chambre et la pièce principale qui coulisse avec mal, tâche sur le matelas du canapé, tâche sur le canapé, bouilloire hors service. congélateur non dégivré, four sale (plaques et portes) malgré le ménage fait. Nous avons informé la personne en charge du bien sur les points négatifs cités plus haut sans aucun retour sur le sujet.
