Appartement très fonctionnel et spacieux, équipements de qualité. Gestionnaire très réactif à nos demandes.
Le sommier du lit à revoir (grince du côté gauche), la porte des toilettes qui s'ouvre du mauvais côté et qui grince fortement ; mais ce sont des détails !

50m2 pour 4 c’est très bien. Le logement est grand. Les appareils sanitaires dans la salle de bain sont récents et propre pareil pour la cuisine qui est très bien équipée. La literie est parfaite ! Le calme du logement et à côté du vieux Lyon. Ascenseur car logement au 6e étage. C’est un logement très sympa 😊 que je recommande.
Absence de climatisation alors que l’établissement dit qu’il est équipé. Ce n’est qu’un climatiseur qui n’est pas adapté à la taille du logement donc il ne refroidit pas.

Location is very good and host is excellent. Hugo was very responsive to my messages.
Not as per the pictures. The unit is very used. Flooring was bad due to water leak. Furniture, bed, toilet is already very old.
