Beautiful apartment, true to the photos
Not all the heaters work, just some of them and not the central one, making it a bit chilly if you are not used to the weather.

Apparemment très spacieux et confortable. Il est lumineux et calme. Proche du métro et du parc de la tête d'or.
Salle de bain très propre, la poussière pourrait être un peu mieux faite.

Bien situé et facile d’accès
Immeuble bien rénové et bel équipement intérieur (coin salon, cuisine, salle de bain et chambre indépendante).
Tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description

Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur war schlecht, telefonisch teils 45 min nicht erreichbar. Früherer check-in war zugesagt, bei Ankunft hatten wir aber keinen Zugang zum Schlüsselkasten. Nach langem Warten Kontakt per WhatsApp, 20 Euro extra wurden kurzfristig gefordert. Automatische Nachrichten widersprechen personalisierten Nachrichten. Wir wurden zwar gefragt, ob wir noch einen Wunsch haben, meine Antwort blieb aber unbeantwortet.
Am Korbsessel fehlten Schrauben, ich kippte damit um und verletzte mich !
Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr lauten Strasse, keine Klimaanlage, man schläft nicht....
Das Treppenhaus ist total heruntergekommen !
