Location

Very old building, staircase is very old and unsafe. A lift either not available.. doors are very old, locks are very old passion & no easy operation. Difficult to finding the apartment. Host is very poor communicator.

Unpromising outside door, the inside is much better

The kitchen, the cleanliness and the warmth of the place in a cold December

There is a bed and a sofa bed, so one person will not sleep in a proper bed The building needs renovating, luckily not noticeable in the flat There is not elevator to get to the flat, but most flats we were in that trip in the south of France didn't.

for almost 100 euro would be nice to have at least a soap in bathroom. no lift ! you’ll have to carry your suitcases upstairs , be aware about this. wifi didn’t work .

Not far away from La Part Dieu station. For me it was impirtant. Apartment was clean.

A very dark bathroom. For women who never put on make up. The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable and quite dirty... At least the owner can buy a cover, a blanket, it does not cost much. Bed not very comfortable. It was ok for 3 days. But not the most comfortable apartment for a longer stay.

Wunderschön gelegen und in Bahnhofsnähe

Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich, gut ausgestattet und sehr gut erreichbar. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Part Dieu in einem schönen Viertel, das derzeit eine Transformation zu mehr Grün und weniger Autos durchlebt, was uns außerordentlich freut. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem schönen Platz, mit Cafés und Restaurants und unten im Haus ist eine tolle Bäckerei. Also ideal um sich kulinarisch zu versorgen. Es war auch sehr ruhig in der Nacht und am Morgen.

Es roch etwas stark nach Parfüm als wir ankamen.

Séjour d'une semaine au Dodo Pardieu

Nous avons aimé la décoration de l'appartement et le fait de pouvoir arriver en totale autonomie (boîte à clefs). Nous avons apprécié la documentation laissée à notre disposition: cartes, plans et adresses de bons restaurants tout était là pour rendre notre séjour agréable. De plus, l'appartement est proche des transports et de la gare Pardieu ce qui est un bon point.

Bien qu' étant un appartement traversant (ce qui le rend plus facile à aerer) il y fait vite très chaud. Nous avons cependant apprécié le ventilateur mis à notre disposition. Le point négatif provient donc plus de la canicule que du logement en lui-même.
