Good choice.

The location and the communication with the host.

Many things were a little bit less than it should be. e.g., toilet paper, kitchen paper (it didn't have), shampoo, coffee capsules etc.

Fantastic view

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Spacious apartment with a fantastic view. Lots of natural light. Very comfortable bed. 8 minute walk to metro station. Good well equipped kitchen. Good lift access to 9th floor. Would stay again.

Problem with dropping off the keys as shop was not open at 7am as it was supposed to be. A couple of light bulbs needed changing and batteries for 1 of the shutters.

Good location, roomy - bit tired.

Location was great and comfortable apartment, if a little tired. Can park at hourly rates just outside the apartment block. (Looked better in photos).

Apartment needs a proper clean - dust in bedroom cupboards, etc. Process to get the key was challenging and unique. Host sends you a code that you have to quote at a local convenience store (Vival) a number of streets away. ie. have to find a parking spot in order to get keys. Then drive back to apartment to unload luggage. And on departure have to return keys to Vival. Parking for a few days is a challenge and got conflicting advice as to where to park. Parc LPA Morand is best - 300m walk. No instructions how to work TV. Or air conditioning.

Wonderful stay except for key access.

SPacious well furnished room

Coming from International airport after a long travel from India, after the taxi dropped me at the property, I had to lug 2 heavy bags in the rain to collect the keys and walk back to the property. That was very tough.

Well appointed apartment in good location. Nice and warm in winter and good selection of amenities,

Bizarre check-in procedure (5pm seems very late for check-in) only revealed by txt at the very last minute. Not too thrilled to have to collect and return keys to a store several blocks away..long walk in freezing winter rain. Apartment managers quick to threaten 50 euro fines if their instructions not followed to the letter-seem to be a bit confused as to what the term ‘hospitality’ means! And of course, don’t forget that a 500 euro security deposit goes on your card very quickly…I took lots of photos of the apartment on departure as not convinced that we would not be hit with some random ‘damages’

Location was excellent, easy to get to supermarkets, restaurants and the metro trains. Property was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. View from the property was amazing.

Comfy stay. Great location and view

superb location and view. very close to supermarkets, to the old city and big park with the free zoo. also very quite neighborhood. 9 floor gives you amazing overview of the city and sunsets (in june). soundproofing is the best we ever had so you will sleep like a baby.

washing machine leaks. not possible to use it unless you are ready to clean the floor afterwards. shower head and the cabin leaks so, again, you need to wipe the floor every time. the frying pan is dead long time ago and nobody changed it

Nice apartment, average management, very late security refund

- Almost 3-week delay in refunding the security deposit of 500 euros for 1 week stay. The other apt I booked for friends through Booking.com asked for an authorization to charge in case of damage but that apt owner did not actually charge my credit card. - Did not reply to my messages after I checked out. I had to contact Booking.com for support. - Broken glass closet door - Espresso cups with broken handles and sharp edges - No dishwashing detergent yet the requirement that dishes be washed before departure - Not the best of communication through multiple company employees

Clean and good location

Good location: walkable. 3 mins from bus stop, 20 mins from train station, 20 mins from city center, 6 mins from metro Good view: big window on the 7th floor so you can overview Lyon and the famous Notre-Dame de Fourvière Good facility: you basically have everything you need including iron and cooking pans

We had only 4 capsules of coffee for 2 people of 5 days. Other than that everything is good.

great location with an amazing view

great location and amazing view of the city. apartment was very clean and staff friendly for check-in. a lot of great bars and restaurants nearby.

Lack of essential items that made stay more comfortable and we had to go out and purchase. Not much toilet paper available for the length of our stay, only 1.5 toilet paper left. no dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tablets and they required dishes to be cleaned on departure. No hand soap in the wash basin. these things were definitely not deal breakers but they do make the stay more comfortable and having to buy full packs of these items at the supermarket are not ideal for a full stay.

Clean and well run.

It was very easy to get the keys. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. We were there in August which meant a lot of shops and restaurants were closed, but we were still able to get groceries and a couple of meals out. The view of the city is really nice, especially at night.

The weather was relatively cooler while we were there, but I could see the apartment getting uncomfortable once it’s beyond 25 degrees in Lyon because of those huge windows. We had to stock up on basic amenities like kitchen towels, salt, sugar, etc but that’s fair enough for the price. Neighbours were noisy at night but that just comes with the territory when renting an apartment.

Schlüssel 5-10 Minuten entfernt abzuholen und bei Abreise zu deponieren. Appartement ist sehr abgewohnt. Sofa stark verfleckt. Küchenausstattung mäßig Pfannen nicht zu gebrauchen Schüsseln fehlen Schlafzimmerschrank der Spiegel ist gerissen Die Tür vom Schlafzimmerschrank läuft nicht mehr in der Schiene. Eine Steckdose ist aus der Wand gerissen, eine andere ohne Funktion. Im Bad ist der Lüfter total verdreckt Die Regendusche tropft nur.

Lione bellissima sorpresa

Appartamento spazioso e molto bello. Condominio tranquillo e bella vista. Posizione molto buona poche fermate di bus dalla stazione e dal centro, entrambe raggiungibili anche a piedi. Checkin facile e comodo. Agenzia disponibile e gentile. Lione stupenda.

Tutto molto bene, abbiamo solo trovato le giornate con temperture mai viste in quella zona (41 gradi) e quindi non essendoci aria condizionata abbiamo usato ventilatori che non sempre erano sufficienti...ma è stata una cosa eccezionale.

séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement , vue imprenable sur Lyon, tout simplement magnifique

j'ai absolument été ravi de ce logement qui réunissait tout ce que j'aime, des prestations de qualité, un confort super où se sent comme chez soi, une vue exceptionnelle sur le vieux Lyon, bref un séjour ultra agréable.

Et bien, là j'ai un soucis pour vous répondre car j'ai tout aimé et je ne vois ce qu'on peut améliorer, si la seule , c'est de ne pas y retourné.

Correcte però més allunyat del que em pensava

Les vistes a la ciutat i l’espai confortable.

Està una mica lluny del cemtre (20-25 min) per anar-hi caminant. Hi ha metro i bus relativament a prop però. L’hora d’entrada molt poc flexible. Vam arribar a les 14h ii vam haver d’esperar dos hores amb maletes que no vam poder guardar en cap locker proper o a la mateixa botiga on entreguen les claus.

Tout s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. Quelques points à améliorer.

L'eau chaude limitée, TV ne marche pas, WIFI ne fonctionne pas bien. Manque d'une lampe de table au salon, la bip de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble ne fonctionne pas.

Appartement central, magnifiquement décoré et confortable

Central en rapport à mes attraits. Très bel appartement, lumineux et spacieux. En étage élevé (ascenseur) surplombant la ville, lui donne une vue dégagée sur Lyon.

Peut-être un ajout de multi prises dans la chambre afin de pouvoir bénéficier de la lampe de chevet et de pouvoir alimenter le téléphone portable. Un détail, mais je pense que les prises ont été abîmées du fait de trop grandes sollicitations.
