Worth it

The location is perfect for absolutely everything! The hotel is cute with its yellow doors and easy keyless contact free check in. We had zero problems with checking in and out. The room was nicely decorated and spacious. The room had a fridge and microwave.

On our second night we returned around 9:30 p.m. and there was no parking close to our room so we had to park far away. We weren't 100% certain that the bedding was clean for our stay unfortunately we saw hair all over the sheets and the blankets didn't smell clean.. I was very itchy. I think the blankets needed an upgrade, they weren't comfortable. The bathroom doesn't have a window or a ventilation system so it got really hot and steamy in the bathroom and if we left the bathroom door open it was hot in the room as well. We did have to crack open the window in the room to have some fresh air.

The bed was comfortable and the property was clean. Towels lovely and soft. It was great to have a bath too. Location was excellent

I saw not a soul while I was there, apart from 2 other bookings in quite a large hotel. I felt quite unnerved being there alone most of the time. The bath was slippy as no bath mat. Real cups a d glasses royal have been much nicer than card s d plastic ones. Also plastic straws so bit make good spoons for taking year bags out or stirring. Also lots of plastic waste, not good for the environment. I don’t think the bins are animal proof as the rubbish was spilled over the car park and there was nobody to see it.

nice rooms, difficult check in

the room was clean, bright, spacious. With the vouchers from room free entrance to the private beach after 5PM (the beach is free also mornings before 7-10AM for everyone). If you have 2 cars, can park alongside infront of the building. otherwise paid overnight parking by Target

Need to do online pre checkin the day of arrival day, which is not usuall nevertheless I was ok with it. But after i did all the online arrangement and paid some security deposit, did not get any notification about the process being successfull. I was also supposed to recieve checkin instructions and codes for the room, but I did not recieved anything by 4PM, when I was supposed to check in. I started to escalate via booking, write messages to the facility, firstly recieving just some general usesless infos and finally I got the codes from the facility manager .. (but still there were couple of hours not knowing if I will be able to check in or not when I arrive and the hassle of writting emails and waiting for each answer 30-60min) ... I was not able to call the property as my european mobile tariff too expensive for US calls ... If we did not have these problems, I would rate the property very high, maybe 9-10/10

Stay never happened due to the incompetence of management.

Never stayed here because the code to the room did not arrive until over an hour after check in, requiring the guest to get a different motel. Could not reach anybody by phone to correct the problem, and the motel had no staff present. My complaint was met with a response from management that it was somehow my fault, and refused to give me a refund.

So hard to get in touch with anyone!! Not just us but others had a VERY tough time trying to check in and get into their rooms. I spoke to at least 4 people who were trying to check in. Also our check in was 4 hours late and we missed our dinner reservation with no comp of any kind. I tried to cancel the last day of our stay 2 days before we arrived but was unable to get in touch with anyone over the phone or through Booking.com. When we arrived I explained to the manager that I couldn’t get ahold of anyone before the 48hr deadline, she said she would take care of it and did not…. I am still paying for it. The room was dirty, one towel for the two of us, and tough to sleep the first night, there was debris on the tables and soap from the previous occupants in the shower. It isn’t the cheapest place to stay nor the most expensive so I don’t expect a lot but cleanliness and communication was horrible. I don’t recommend the headache.

Great value for the room, but with some caveats. Stay quality might vary room to room.

Once I figured out how to get in it was easy enough to access the room. The location was right next to the Heavenly village and some of the casinos so it was great for that. The room was clean for the most part. Hard floor, no carpet, which I prefer. The TV was a good size and easy to plug an HDMI into. The free Wi-Fi was surprisingly good, never dropped out and was fast enough for me. The fridge had enough space for some drinks and fruit, and a small freezer we used. Microwave worked as expected, no issue, just a little old if anything. Bed was mostly clean and comfortable, partner approved. Nightstands on each side were nice, along with the lamp made charging phones at night easy. Plenty of shelf space to keep things. Room was quiet most of the time. Bathroom had a full tub and shower head, pressure was good and water was nice. Never had any issues with the toilet. Cleaning staff was kind and friendly.

Room was confusing and difficult to get into at first, with conflicting instructions provided at the location. YOU DO NOT NEED THE HIVE APP FOR ANYTHING. You don't need to scan the QR code at the office, you don't need to do anything with the office at all, just go to your room and use the PIN pad. Since the office is rarely staffed, there's no one to directly ask for help unless you call the number provided in the check-in email. All you need to get into the room is the room PIN provided in that email, the "unlock door" feature of the app doesn't work for the locks, they're just fancy PIN locks, all you have to do is tap the middle of the screen and the numbers will show up. When we first got in (after some struggling) the room looked good, but we found the smoke alarm in a drawer with a corroded battery that we later replaced. The floor was quite dirty and I tried my best to keep stuff off of it. The bed was mostly clean but had small particles of something I couldn't identity throughout the bedding, my guess is just dried leaves. After a couple days the fridge, which was previously set to it's max temperature setting, froze over and leaked everywhere, which we had to soak up with towels, which really showed us how dirty the floor was. Only other issue we had was the day we were checking out we were a little later than expected getting our stuff out, and on our last trip to the room to grab the last few things we found the door locked and had to call the host who informed us they checked us out 20 minutes early, but thankfully they gave us the new PIN without issue. Was a minor incident but still frustrating.

The location was great—very close to local attractions and convenient for sightseeing. The bed was also quite comfortable.

The room was not cleaned when we checked in, and the bed was not made. We had to call customer service to request housekeeping. There was only a small space heater in the room, which was not sufficient to keep it warm. The shower did not have a separate dry/wet area, and the hot water pressure was low, making it feel cold when showering.

Good!

The hotel is clean. The person who gave us extra towels was kind and let us in even though my code didn't work. There were only two things I didn't like, but everything else was excellent. We had a good time.

What I didn't like was the light coming through the windows in the front door. The light from the outdoor spotlights comes in through the window and disrupts sleep. The refrigerator is noisier than usual and is also a bit annoying. Thank you for your attention. We hope to book again in July.

Clean big room When we had issues getting into the room (Banause no one is physically there and you just get a code) the assistance was very kind

- when we arrived the toilet was not flushed and it didn’t flush right away - bed was super hard - heater didn’t turn on and the little plug-in heater didn’t help at all to get above 63 F - hairdryer in the bathroom was broken - lowest water pressure I’ve seen so far in a motel shower - fridge was super noisy

It’s close to the shopping center.

It’s old and not clean. During our two-night stay, the hotel did not clean our room or provide new towels. When I contacted the hotel about this, they instructed us to go to their storage area to retrieve the items ourselves. Furthermore, new guests had been given the key password to access our room, as they had been told it was now their room. This was a very unsettling situation for us. Also, the bathroom sink is positioned too high.

Comfortable stay and great location

The location and free parking. It’s an older hotel but appears remodeled. New flooring and fresh paint. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The hand & face towels were worn out. The mini-fridge, microwave & coffee machine need updating with new appliances. The cemet on the staircase steps & landing is crumbling and some sections are missing. This seems like a safety hazard.

Great price, comfortable bed, and room was nice. It was in walking distance to many places. Room had small microwave and refrigerator. Shower worked well. Air conditioning worked well.

It had a weird smell in room but I think it was cleaning products. I ran air conditioner to block out noise and it worked well. The outside isn’t much to look at but it’s a decent place.

The bed & pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean. I really appreciate that when the remodel was done the floor is a non carpeted surface. The bathroom was clean and nicely remodeled. It was a quiet night's rest and the price was excellent. We had a corner room which was great for quietness but contributed I think to one of the things I didn't like.

Our window faced the windows of some condos or apartments, The bedside lamp was an artsy lamp made to seem like an old-fashioned incandescent light which flickered slightly & one wall was painted a very vibrant pink and purple zigzag pattern both of these could be problematic for a guest with seizure disorder.

Comfortable beds with a short walk to the Casinos.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice a spacious. There was no staff but the hotel sends you a code to access you room. The location is a block away from the casino Harrah’s which is really nice since you can easily walk there.
