Fabulous winter fun!

It's the second time I have stayed here and I find it great value. Rooms are comfy, brewery is an added bonus, easy walk to all the town has to offer. A little bit of a walk to the gondola in ski boots but I have never found it an issue. Would definitely stay again.

The location and how near it was to many exciting things we wanted to enjoy and explore.

It was all good. Only thing was the 🛌 bed as it made my back hurt a bit waking up each night.

Overall, the stay was highly enjoyable due to on-site dining options and great location.

The on-site café offered excellent breakfast options, and the presence of a local brewery on the property was a strong added value. The brewery featured a good selection of beers, with food that was both enjoyable and reasonably priced. The hotel’s location is a major asset—situated directly across from Heavenly Village and on the state line, it provides easy, walkable access to nearby shops and restaurants.

Nothing to dislike. The place was clean, warm, had good food, and great location. Price was also reasonable. Highly recommend.

Everything was great except the response from Letty (manager).

The location and facilities were very nice especially the fireplace in the room and hot tub.

We had an incident where a cable from the property fell on our car. The front desk staff was very apologetic and seemed to want to help however, the manager, Letty, was extremely dismissive and refused to pay for any repairs to the car denying the damage even after being presented with photos. She also took over a week to respond and did not do so until I called the property twice.

The bed was very comfy parking was fine but the shower head couldn’t move it so I had a hard time to shower .

They wanted to charge me $15 for a microwave. When I agreed it never even arrived.

I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast was decent and the location was good.

The front desk didn’t know much about sledding options for families who aren’t skiing or snowboarding. They were only able to tell us about expensive sledding and tubing options (50-100/hour). There were locations called sawmill pond and Kahle park that were under 20 minutes away and free and had great options. Also I would have like an option to rent a sled or tube from the front desk for a fee and with a deposit. Also parking was very difficult - there was some room for larger vehicles in the main lot but was limited. I had to do a 12 point turn to get out of the covered parking with an f-150. I didn’t like the beds over top - they were low enough that when my kid had a bad dream I almost hit my head to get out to her

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for a quick girls trip and a birthday celebration weekend.

Super close to the casinos, shops, food and Heavenly Village. Loved the cozy outdoor atmosphere, as well as the coffee shop in the lobby.

Wished our room had more lighting, it was a little dark and with 4 women who like getting dolled up, it just wasn’t enough light. Bathroom lighting was great but the rest of the room needed some more lamps.

Mini-cation

Its location is prime; next to the village, shops and eatery. They have their own breakfast shop and a brewery for the afternoon. If you’re coming solo or as a couple it’s nice if you’re not wanting to drive around but walk everywhere either right in your backyard or across the street. Brewery is cute you can sit indoor or outdoors, I prefer the outdoors and getting cozy by the fire. Chill spot.

Very happy, would stay again!

Awesome location close to everything, loved the attached brewery and hang out spots. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms had some wear and tear but not horrible. The shower was tiny and the sink wasn’t draining well. Also couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat but luckily it wasn’t that cold,

the overall vibe and atmosphere was great! the brewery onsite was so much fun and had good food! we had a balcony room and it was fun to watch all the action. HOT TUBS! and the location was superior for walking to beach and to shopping/casino area.

Great public spaces, bed needed replacement

Nice vibe, pleasant public spaces and lots of storage areas and shelves in the room.

Very loud mechanical noise/vibration the entire time we were there. We think it was from the bathroom fan in the room below us, but not 100% sure. Bed had a huge crater in the middle. That plus the mechanical thrum made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Fun, clean and quaint with good music. Can’t ask for more

Loved this unique place. I could have just stayed there and not left the little complex. The beer garden was perfect with fire pits, bags and ping pong. Breakfast and coffee shop plus food counter by the beer garden. Everything was great. Beds were so comfy. Clean units. It was perfect!

Could have used a microwave in the room. We were in unit 248 and loved it. Back door to the beer garden. Front door to the street. Street side could use a little sprucing up…mainly paver edging.

Online pictures deceiving but right next to South of North Brewery

Great location on South Shore. Across street from casino. Connected to great brewery (South of North). The room was nice; clean and neat. Bathroom was updated clean but small.

Now the downside. Staff had attitude, not helpful and simply weren’t nice. Outside the room, the property had extremely tight parking and spaces. And the walkways and stairs especially in the building we were given was disgusting (disrepair and unsafe).
