Value for money. Clean. Good beds and shower. Parking. On 3rd floor refurbished room with 2-Queen beds, very comfortable. Breakfast okay. However…..

All comfort went away when at 22:00 PM our neighbours (couple) arrived in the connecting room. They had a lot to talk about, because the spoke whole night until 4:45 AM and one of them went out every half hour. They were not extremely loud or bad behaving, not at all, just speaking / conversations. However the walls and connecting door are so thin, you here everything and thereby you will not be able to sleep. So the real comfort depends on your neighbours.

It’s not worth to stay there for the price per night

The location is good, close to downtown and gondola

During the night of our stay there we hear incredibly loud noise from the shower pipes, when someone from the next rooms turned on shower it always sounded like they were being in our room. Also there was no connection to the front desk which was in the next building. The phone in the room didn’t work.

The location from downtown

The elevator was broken when we arrived. The room was very tight considering it was booked for 5 people. The carpets were wet and the facility felt old

Kinda budget hotel stuff for not budget price.

Location was great

Breakfast was super over crowded, line out the front door. No fans in the bathroom, room kinda had an odor to it, there was trash left in the room left behind by other guests hidden under bed and between wall and desk.

Good stay in a cheap hotel

The breakfast was pretty good for a cheap hotel = eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, yorourt, some fruit, juices and coffee. The room facilities are kind of run down but everything works and the pool/hot tub were very welcome. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all I would recommend this place.

There was nothing bad if you accept the hotel for what it is. It is a cheap hotel. It's rather beat up but the rooms and facility are clean and everything works. The hotel is three buildings, separated by a road. So depending on where you stay either the breakfast or the pool will be across the road. This is not a problem, just something to be aware of.

The room was updated and the bed was comfortable and clean. The rest of the property is filthy and can use an overhaul. It's south Tahoe and we need something for one night in a pinch.

The property was value for money. Was an older hotel.

The toilet did not flush properly. We called them to fix it and they came with a plunger but it was blocked again the next day. Needed more than a plunger.

Great Holiday Accommodation

Basic room but was comfortable and had everything need plus a nice little balcony and free parking. While we didn't see it, the gym was excellent and pool and spa also looked good. Also a communal kitchen facility is provided for guests of deaired. Breakfast was also a good variety and quantity. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and Heavenly Village.

Awesome location and price! We had a great stay for a wedding nearby. The amenities like beach access and a pool were unexpectedly superior to surrounding hotels in the area. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

it was a good place for a short stay for 4 adults in South Lake Tahoe.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The 2-bedroom room was well laid out and worked for a short stay. The bedrooms were fine and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the outdoor grill available was good, even though we didn't use it. the location is great - just a couple block walk to the shore or to the town center.

While there was a kitchen it wasn't really stocked to be able to do much cooking. Wouldn't be great for more than a few days of stay. There was a huge heavy coffee table in the living room which took up too much space and if one was using the pull out sofa a huge inconvenience due to the weight and size. Would have been nice to be able to stream on the TV.

AC Didn't Work, Bad Food Practices

Walkable to Lakeside Beach!

Our air conditioner did not work at all our first night and it was miserable. The next morning we complained and were told that maintenance would fix it. We walked to the beach and spent the day there. Came back and were told it was fixed. It was blowing only hot air. We finally had to walk back down to the front desk and ask for a room change because it was still 85+ degrees in our room. They happily gave us a new room, but it was smaller than the original and overall an inconvenience to move all of our stuff. The property was mostly clean. For the free breakfast, the breakfast staff were dumping new food on top of old food in old containers which is not a safe food practice, also the juices were out pretty early. It seemed like there was only one person staffed to the entire breakfast service which was very busy.
