We had a bit of a problem getting through to front desk and maintainance man didnt show up at all after waiting 2.5 hours. Went down to front desk next morning and KAREN was an amazing fixed our problems and was very generous in offering extras. Have never stayed here however bcuz of Karen’s extremely kind and helpful nature will be back!!!!
