The room was spotless and well cared for, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is fantastic close to the lake, shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions, yet still quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or questions, which really added a personal touch. I also appreciated the amenities provided, which made the stay convenient and enjoyable without feeling overcomplicated. Overall, Alpine Inn & Spa offers great value, comfort, and hospitality, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Tahoe.

After a long traffic jam, we weren't checked in right away, even though we arrived late. And during the night, the heating stopped working, and there was no staff. The temperature in the room dropped to 58 degrees, and we were very cold!

Memorable Stay

I recently spent a weekend at Alpine Inn & Spa in South Lake Tahoe, and overall, it was a very “bang-for-your-buck” experience. The location is absolutely one of its strongest points — right off Stateline Avenue, within walking distance of the casinos, restaurants, and the lakeshore. When we arrived, check-in was smooth and the front-desk staff was genuinely friendly, which set a positive tone right away. Our room, while modest and a little dated, came equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker — nice budget-friendly touches that made our stay more comfortable

We stayed last night and were very disappointed to discover that our tv was non functioning. Upon contacting the front desk both last night and this morning nothing was done to remedy the situation. In fact the man this morning was very rude to my husband when he approached him about it.

Everything was really good but once we turn on the AC my allergy started badly!! I think filters need a cleaning maintenance ASAP, I had to take a walk and wait to return our room.. and avoided turning on again, But overall.. for the price, was good!
