You will not find a more helpful host in all of Venice. Matteo communicated with me weeks before our stay with tips, restaurant recommendations, instructions on how to find his B&B, and even helped us booked a few things in advance. We had the two rooms (one with twin beds) and one bath for our family of four. Everything was clean and comfortable- and the A/C worked- which is very important. Breakfast was delightful- but sadly rain moved us indoors.
The location is quiet at night and the balcony/patio is gorgeous but you will have to walk 10-20 min to get to the main sites of Venice.

Matteo is amazing and the location and the property is spectacular.

Just stay here! No need to over-think it. This place was amazing and Matteo was the absolute best. Our room was very large and super comfortable. The B&B is in a very convenient location and we were able to walk everywhere without issue. If we make it back to Venice, we will definitely stay here again.
