Hayez Rooms

We absolutely loved our stay at Hayez Rooms !! The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, overall very clean and lovely to stay in :) Very pretty decor, very clean room, and the host was very kind and helpful with his intructions to find the place :) Within walking distance of everything in the centre of Venice and a good 15 min walk from the train station. Would absolutely recommend to other travellers for a lovely and romantic gataway :))

Most stays you have with Booking.com are great, this was exceptional. Yes, the location was great, the value for money was great, but something happened on this one, which was the shower was cold, and when I sent the host a message, early evening, he had engineers in, fixing the hot water system immediately, and within a short while, it was all fixed. He couldn't have been more responsive, more concerned and its when things like that happen and the host not only cares but get tings sorted out of hours, in Venice to resolve the issue that you realise that its not just about find a great place, its about how the host cares and moves to sort issues if they come up and for me it makes this an exceptional stay and property, that will be my go to if available from this point forward
