Excellent location, cozy, nice vibes, good ac, good shower, host is responsive.
Second bed wasn't so comfortable. Sink drained very slowly. Note: only open the mini fridge from the side. If you open it from the top there is sharp metal that can cut the back of your fingers.

It was in a clam area where more local Venetian live.
The property is very old and in need of a refresh but all in all a good place to sleep after a long day of visits.

Good location within the historical city of Venice, very clean
Advertised as having parking, but that was not even remotely true; had to park in a very remote facility with $$$ additional cost per night, with a distance of at least 30 minutes to the place. Had to wait about an hour in front of the property because the host did not provide us with the entrance code additional cost charged for city tax, which was not mentioned in the advertisement fee.
