This property is amazing! Clean, right on a canal, easy access to everything and everywhere. The host was very friendly and responsive. The room was bigger than we expected and very comfortable.

it was a little awkward to take a shower in the bath tub - not much space.

location great, care taken in decorating, our room had small balcony on small canal, comfortable bed, good storage for suitcases and closet for storage
our bath was outside the room (not shared) which was OK but it was poorly ventilated so constantly humid; shower was OK but leaked onto bathroom floor; canal balcony needed cleaning (cigarette butt on floor, chairs and table needed to be wiped off)

The location was good when we eventually found the place
Not really a hotel. No staff on site. It’s just a few rooms. No reception. We were met when we arrived and given keys. That was the only time we saw anybody. No daily service. Bathroom was across the hall but exclusively ours. No hot water on second day. Mould in shower which also wasn’t clean. Mound on walls. The place was full of air fresheners and damp removal pots - smelled like a nursing home
