This home was so charming - on the canal but a quiet area. Sabina was very helpful and gave us great recommendations of places to visit. Check in was so easy - air conditioner was great. Close to delicious cafes.

Great ornately decorated property in the centre of Venice. Our room had a view of the canal. The spacious room was beautifully decorated, in excellent condition, and very clean. The host was very helpful to us recovering our wallet after we unfortunately got pick-pocketed. Can thoroughly recommend this place

Felt very safe with secure access, especially since we arrived out of reception hours. Our directions with map and picture was invaluable from Sabina. Loved our balcony window, as soon as we opened our door we felt like we were in Venice. Bathroom was new and extremely functional. Sabina was extremely friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend this property.
Perhaps the only thing, which is a small thing-the mats around the bed were a bit slidy-but not a real issue for us at all.
