It is in a great location - about 15-20 minutes walk from the main sites. There is a water bus at the end of the road which makes transporting luggage very convenient and it take you to the train station on bus station.
There isn't much not to like about this place, but if I had to nitpick then I would say that it could do with having a hoover or dust pan and brush - some cleaning products.

Nice room and comfortable bed, excellent location. San Polo is wonderful. Host was very nice.
Bed sheets didn’t fit right and kept coming off. Would have been nice to have cold water in refrigerator on arrival after a long hot day of travel.
