Nice room and comfortable bed, excellent location. San Polo is wonderful. Host was very nice.

Bed sheets didn’t fit right and kept coming off. Would have been nice to have cold water in refrigerator on arrival after a long hot day of travel.

The location was very good for using the Vaparetto service but it was a tiring walk from the station with suitcases! It is very easy to get lost in Venice as there are so many little streets and bridges! We checked in ourselves which was easy to do as Claudio had given detailed instructions, so we didn't meet him until the follwing morning. He was very friendly & helpful. There were several good restaurants in easy walking distance & an excellent coffee shop for fresh breakfast croissants. Our room was clean & comfortable, the bed was very good and the shower was efficient

The guy that runs it is super helpful and caring. The location wasn't bad but in 37 degrees it got tedious walking around, we would have chosen somewhere more central if we had thought about that. Temperature obviously cant be helped. Brilliant cafe next door and great restaurant 100 metres from the door to right as you leave.

Our room was on first floor with no lift and it very hot temperature. The room was really small, no chairs or space to put suitcases down on floor to live out of. We did leave our cases there on check out day but they were open to other guests accessing them

Nice and quiet location with easy access to public boat Number 1 route at S. State stop then a quick 509 metres to accommodation
