This property was clean, secure, and conveniently located in walking distance from many of the best places in the city. Lorenzo made check in and check out super easy and was incredibly welcoming!

Perfect location, 10 minute easy walk from the train station and right on a Vaporetti stop. Very clean and comfortable.

Nothing - all good!

The bed was confortable, the shower was big, and the room lighting was nice. Also, the location was good, not too far away from where you want to be in Venice.

-there was no window mesh, we couldn’t open the window, because bugs would have entered -the room was not clean, the floor was dirty, the furniture was dusty. Only the bed sheets were clean, and the towels were clean. There was a little poop speck on the toilet -we had problems entering our room because the code system for the door was broken, and would say “code failed” even if we introduced it correctly 10 times -they do not guarantee that you can check in until 4PM, and in some cases as late as 7PM. Altough, after we complained, the host gave us the room at around luch time.
