Fabulous location to explore Venice, good assortment of savoury and sweet for breakfast, beautiful room with very comfortable bed and wonderful host who provided lots of recommendations for food and a city walk.

Max was extremely accommodating in meeting us upon our arrival. He graciously gave us many recommendations for restaurants, best places for a glass of wine and a view, great photo spots, and much more. He was very informative and educational about his lovey city of Venezia. Additionally, we couldn't have been more thrilled with our room, the wonderful building and lovely garden. It was such a treat to have such a wonderful little spot to sit in the garden and have breakfast each day. After two weeks of traveling to five other cities in Italy, this place was such a pleasant surprise of peacefulness and tranquility. Our room and bathroom were so spacious and absolutely beautiful. Breakfast each day was delightful and prepared by the loveliest woman.

The host was friendly, knowledge and helpful, offering good advice and recommendations for navigating Venice without being pushy. The breakfast was tasty and came with freshly made to order coffee. Everyone who worked there was kind and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, everything was easy to use and exactly as you would expect. Would recommend and will return if we come to Venice again.
