Great location. 10 minute walk from train station. 20 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Great host with great communication upon arriving to the B&B and also great instructions on how to get to and find the B&B. Rooms are very clean as are the shared bathrooms.

Shared bathrooms if I had to give 1 reason but this wasn't an issue. They are very clean.

Overall, we were satisfied with these apartments. They are a good option for those who want to feel the authentic atmosphere of Venice without overpaying for luxury. Good to know in advance: · Unexpected layout: The apartments are part of one large shared apartment, and there were other guests staying there besides us. This came as quite a surprise to us, so keep in mind that this is a shared living arrangement. · Convenient location: We walked everywhere, and it was quite comfortable. · Everything we needed: The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. · Responsive host: A special thank you to the host! He responded to our request for an extra blanket without any issue. He also asked what we would like for breakfast, as we found it a bit unusual that breakfast was served without eggs. The very next day, he kindly prepared eggs for us — it was a very thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.

A few small drawbacks: · There weren't enough hooks for towels in the bathroom — this was a bit inconvenient. · Like in many apartments, there was no full-length mirror. Overall, the apartments are comfortable, the host is wonderful, and the small issues with hooks and the mirror didn't ruin our overall impression. We recommend these apartments if you are comfortable with the idea of staying alongside other guests.

The facilities and room were very convenient and beautiful. I loved the place. It is Venice so everything was at a walking distance. But the place itself was well decorated and provided with everything you would expect.

Maybe to have a private bathroom. But it is advertised that it is shared. So, just to say something here...

Nice interior, clean, and good breakfast

This is not the place to sleep well and if you suppose to have a nice quiet morning and silence night, avoid it. The noise is last all the time with little break. From shower, doors, floors, cleaning lady at 7;30, people . Also the place for breakfast is not responding sanitary conditions.
