Great stay in Split!

Great stay! The appartment looks exactly like in the pictures, clean and cozy. Near city center, private parking. The surroundings safe and quite. Beds are comfortable, good communication with the host.

The owner was very friendly and the property was actually a full fledged functional property with all the amenities along with some food and drinks in the fridge and he was very welcoming very generous and kind hearted. I would recommend all Indians to stay at his property. we had a free parking in his garage and the properties, very very Centrally located and everything was in a walking distance.

To recommend the appartment

I loved everything. It was like staying at home, although we didn’t use it that much, just for sleeping. The owner brought us the key very late at night without any complain at all, the opposite, he was very nice. He told us the best beaches and restaurants. He was really helpful. Everything was very clean and there were coffe, water, beer and appel juice, candys… The appartment had a parking place close to the appartment.

Great location for exploring Split

Great location - just 5 minutes walk to centre & 5 minutes walk to local beach & Kavana Procafe - lovely bar on front with great views & cheap beer. Secure parking in garage. Apartment equipped with basic provisions which was a great help. Friendly & helpful owners - great location for exploring Split

It was in a good location. 10 minute walk into the centre of Split. The apartment was a great size and completely spotless. I’ve never been in a property that’s been so clean. Bed was very comfortable and bedding and towels immaculate. Air conditioning worked really well too. Would highly recommend this property.

Old Split is really old

Localization is great. Beds are huge. Shower works great. Couch is super comfortable. Amount of channels in TV is more than great. Internet works flawlessly. Kitchen was very good equiped. Host was great. Parking in the hosts private space in the garage was a nice suprise.

It was a nice apartment and it had everything you possibly need. It was nice to have air-conditioning. The shower was very good as well. Our host was very friendly and easygoing.

It wasn't easy to meet our host. Communication went through booking.com, which was slow at times and thus we missed each other's messages about meeting point. It took a while. The single bed isn't very comfortable. And the crickets in the trees outside were very noticeable and made our stay a bit uncomfortable. However, it's something our host can't change.

It's a very comfortable apartment and Magdalena and her father are very helpful to give us a lift to the apartment and port. The apartment is very close to the old town, just 10 mins by feet

Amazing apartment in an excellent location.

Mr. Miroslav was the best host we ever had. A wonderful person! He was there to answer every question we had, and guide us to cool places in Split. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, very fun to stay in. It has everything you need, and Miroslav will gladly explain every little detail and give you info on every facility (even the dishwasher). Supermarket and bakery just under the apartment, port is 15 minutes fun walk. House is fully equipped with everything you need, including can opener. Private parking is in an underground garage, 3 minutes walk time. AC is in the living room, but with doors opened - reaches every corner in the house. (We had to use blankets, as the AC was doing a good job..). You get free chocolates, juice, mineral water and beers on arrival, how cool is that? Mr. Miroslav - you get my full respect and I salut you! What a pleasure of a place.

Anfitrião prestativo e amável. Deu explicações sobre o funcionamento do apartamento com detalhes. Havia café e água à disposição. Indicou a vaga da garagem que utilizamos durante a estadia, uma vez que estacionar pode ser difícil em alguns momentos. O apartamento é igual as fotos do anúncio. Recomendo

Por ser no andar térreo, a janela do quarto fica na altura do passeio, o que faz com que escutemos as conversas das pessoas quando passam pela janela. Mas não chega a ser um problema

Es su casa particular, sencilla pero tenía de todo ! Además tiene cochera privada no es poca cosa igualmente no es tan fácil estacionar afuera se valora mucho esto Del centro viejo 1 km o menos

En general nada, puede ser que le falte ni hablar en verano alguno aire más o por lo menos ventilador pues solo tiene uno en el lucing el lugar no es muy grande pero para los calurosos como yo di tal vez

El apartamento está bastante bien situado, a 15 minutos andando del Palacio de Diocleciano. Además dispone de todo tipo de menaje para cocinar y el anfitrión es muy atento y amable.

Centrum was vanaf appartement goed aan te lopen. Alles was netjes. De eigenaar was vriendelijk en had zelfs nog 3 biertjes klaargezet in de koelkast.

Estadia muito boa em Split. Nos sentimos em casa. Fomos muito bem recebidos.

O Anfitrião foi muito simpatico e solicito. Nos explocou tudo. A localização é excelente. Podíamos ir andando até a praia . Ele também nos cedeu estacionamento privado. Tudo muito limpo e organizado.

Tolle Wohnung für den kurzen Aufenthalt in Split

Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit von dem Stadtzetrum (zirka 15-20 Min zu Fuß). Sie ist nicht groß aber sehr sauber, Wohnräume sind gemütlich möbliert und die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist ganz nett und hilfsbereit. Extra Punkt kriegt diese Wohnung für den Tiefgaragenparkplatz (100 m vom Haus entfernt). Für die enigen, die in Split mit dem Auto unterwegs sind, bitte beachten: es ist fast unmöglich einen Parkplatz auf der Strasse zu finden!
