Adorable, quiet room in Split

Ingrid is a great host and was extremely helpful and informative. The location is fabulous, close to cafes and restaurants and just outside of the old town. It's very quiet and peaceful. My room was decorated in my style and taste, so I felt like I was home. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, toilet paper and bathroom products. There is a small fridge in the room, a kettle and some cups. The hot water in the shower was amazing. There is an area to hang clothes and room to spread out.

The chairs in the room need new cushions. Cute, but not functional.

Nostalgic and unique shabby chic gem in the heart of Varos

The owner met me on arrival and is lovely and kind. The shabby-chic apartment decor is unique and fun. A lot of love and attention to detail have gone into creating this space. It has an old-school, former-Yugoslavia nostalgic feel about it, which is something I love. I felt right at home.

I don't think there is much to improve, as the space is exactly as shown in the photos. So if you like what you see, that's what you can expect to get.

Home, away from home. A lovely cosy apartment with all the essentials in the most convenient location.

The room I stayed in was so cosy yet had enough space for everything I needed. There was a seating/ dining area separate from the bed/ sleeping area which made the place feel like a real home. The location was just a 10- 15 minute walk into Old town and at most a 20 min walk to the port and central bus station. This was perfect, as a female solo traveller it was in a safe, well lit street and I felt completely okay walking later at night. Ingrid the owner/ host of this apartment was the most kindest host I’ve interacted with! She was extremely welcoming and helpful giving me transportation advice. I highly recommend this place as I felt right at home :)

Homely place near Old Town Split

Ingrid, the owner is such a gem. She met us at the time of check in and gave us a whole treasure load of information on what to do, where to eat and drink & other helpful pointers. The property is very conveniently located - a 5 min walk to the centre of old town and yet accessible by Uber/Bolt. The room had a vintage style of furnishing - loved the retro fridge & kettle.

Bathroom could do with some more lighting. Couple of floor tiles need fixing.

The property was spacious and perfect for 2 people! The aircon quickly brought the temperature down from the heat. Top location to everything you need!

Not like the pictures at all

Location

The apartment we were given looked nothing like the pictures on Booking. Instead of what was advertised, we were placed in a basement unit with no privacy at all. The bathroom had sliding doors that barely worked, offering no sense of comfort. Both of us developed allergic reactions during our stay – possibly from dust, or maybe because of the thick basement windows and lack of ventilation. The windows couldn’t be kept open, since anyone walking by could see directly inside, which made the place feel like being shut in a shed. For the price and the way it was advertised, this was completely misleading. Definitely not worth it!

Amazing studio. We will be back again

The host was very nice during our stay. She gave us tips and advice for best stores and restaurants and go beaches to go to. The studio itself is very cute and luckily doesn’t get warm even with the aircon off. It has small mini fridge that was great for our drinks and snacks. TV with English channels. And comfortable double bed. Super close to the centre. It is a great location!

Amazing place to stay in Split! Room was large, clean, and had wonderful unique l design A short walk from the town center as well as some popular beaches The host Ingrid was very welcoming and attentive allowing us to store our bags in the room before check-in, giving us some great restaurant recommendations, and explaining to us how to book the ferry to visit a nearby island Would recommend staying here when in Split!

Cosy, arty apartment close to Split centre

Ingrid was a superb host, responsive communicator and immensely helpful. We appreciated her waiting for us when we were delayed and she ordered a taxi for us to get to the airbus shuttle in time. We stayed in the cosy, arty, well-equipped superior apartment which was perfect for our stay. It's very close to the main historical sites, restaurants, supermarkets, Riva promenade etc.

Everything was lovely. The apartment was decorated super lovely and was really clean. Just 10 mins walking to the center, but also more than enough things in the direct area. It’s in a very quiet and nice area. The owner gave us some very nice recommendations of things to do and she was super helpful with everything. Highly recommended!

An ultra-creative space in Split center!

I liked the design of the place, 100% the most unusual accommodation I've ever had! The location was great as well, the accommodation is already in the city centre but not in the most touristic part. The host was very kind and provided helpful recommendations on the places to see and where to go eat.

The accomodation is very compact, not to say small, and the bathroom is very much in front of the bed with the door not really isolating the spaces. If it's a first trip for a young couple, can be not the most comfortable experience. Another point on the drawback of the interior design - it's so abundant that it becomes difficult to clean, so some design pieces were quite dusty.

Superb place to stay

Quirky apartment within a few minutes walk from the Riva and old town. Very comfortable, great shower, lots of lovely touches. Ingrid was very helpful providing us with a map and indicating where to find sights, supermarkets, restaurants. She recommended a walk to the viewpoint in Marjan Park - we walked up to the flag at the top and it was well worth it. Ingrid arranged a taxi for us when we were leaving. Highly recommend. It's also nice and quiet.
