Frana apartment

The location was very good, easy to access the city centre by foot and also to walk to the forest. It had a lovely size balcony and a washing machine that was ideal in the bathroom.The kitchen had everything you needed and there was air con. There were supermarkets nearby.

There was too much unnecessary furniture in all the rooms, especially in the kitchen area, and no where to sit inside in comfort. There was no plug in the bathroom basin, the rug on the balcony was shredded so was a trip hazard and the pillows on the outside sofa were broken. To access the balcony through the bedroom you had to move the table that was by the door to open it fully. Having lots of instructions on what to do and having to empty the bottle for the air con on a regular basis.

The house is very spacious, sparkling clean, fully furnished and well equipped. The rooms are big, balcony is also very spacious, kitchen has all utensils alongwith basic spices and tea and coffee sachets. The house is a 10-12 min walk from the old town but the connecting roads are safe and well lit. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend

This apartment is nice, basic, livable but not luxurious Be aware there are 3 stair landings to get to the 6th floor apartment since the elevator stops at the 5th floor However, the place is in a fantastic location in the heart of old town Split where all the Action is

Beware there are two bedrooms but that's because one apparently used to be the livingroom space....the seating in the apt consists of a desk chair, a very small side chair and a four chair kitchen table. The couch and another four chair table set were all outside on the outdoor balcony...not an ideal place to sit and visit/spend time in the apt in bad weather
