Great week in Split and apartment location was superb, spotlessly cleaned and well stocked kitchen.

Very clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, lovely balcony and views of the Marjun Hill and city. Less than a 15 minute stroll to the centre. Apartment well stocked with toilet rolls, dishwater tablets, washing up liquid etc. Very good Lidl's round the corner was an added bonus...a Tommy Supermarket and great Cafe is even closer. Air Con in the kitchen and main bedroom good.

No Air Con in the other bedroom/lounge and the sofa bed could do with being replaced as pretty worn. Apartment ok for a couple but you may find it a struggle for 4 adults. Kitchen/Dining area is very small a could do with a layout review as some of the furniture in there is not required and taking up valuable space i.e computer chair and part of the balcony furniture. Balcony table we didn't use as it's well worn and unstable so suggest you don't put glasses or meal plates on it as it may collapse. Did miss in not having a Toaster in the apartment for breakfast.

Unforgettable Terrace and Perfect Location

Linda’s place was absolutely amazing! Everything was spotless and super comfortable. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need to enjoy a stress-free vacation – from detergents, bags, shower gel and shampoo to clean towels and a spacious terrace. The location is great: only 15 minutes walking distance from the Old Town, and Lidl is just around the corner for your grocery needs. And the terrace… truly unforgettable! It offers one of the best views – perfect for relaxing in the evening or enjoying your morning coffee while watching the seagulls in all their splendor. I’d come back here anytime – it honestly feels even better than home!

Great location for short stay

Very good location for access to the old town and beaches. Super clean.

Difficult to find as in a block of flats and one of many blocks in the area. Also entrance is at the back in the dark, not great for checking in at night, especially when maybe travelling alone. The apartments was smaller than I thought.

Excellent apartment ten minutes walk from centre of split. Good communication - well equipped with Aircon. Lovely balcony with hill side view to relax on in the evening. Good space for the four of us, would be loads for two.

Great stay. Beautiful apartment from the inside

The apartment has everything it needs. Home away from home. Good room size, kitchen well equipped, bright and close to town

It took us time to find parking space as its common parking area. We had to wait until some car moved and then we parked in its place. The second bedroom did not have an AC, not a fan. It was hot during night for those slept in that room as we went during hot summer months.

Great top floor , fully equipped appartment

Lovely apartment with nice and spacious terrace on the top floor. Fully equipped kitchen with everything could need (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, laundry detergent, ironing board and iron etc). Great air conditioning in the kitchen and bedroom. We were only 2 people but plenty of space for 4 people also. Located near the park area on the west of split, so if you enjoy waking / hiking / running / cycling it’s a great spot. Lovely small local rocky beaches about a 20 minute walk from the apartment.

It is a bit of a walk (approx 20 mins) from the historic Centre but still manageable. Supermarkets , small cafe and large woods / park area is nearby.

Amazing apartment. 10 minutes walk from town, 5 minutes to Lidl and there is a convenience store just Infront of the building. Fit 2 adults comfortably, air conditioning in both the kitchen and bedroom with a lovely fan for the sitting room area. Beautiful balcony area with tables and chairs and also a settee area Although we didn't meet, Linda was a fabulous host and was very accommodating to us. We would 100% recommend Frana Apartment

We didn't enjoy our stay because the smoke smell was so bad.

Location was fantastic!

The apartment smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time of our stay. Even though there are instructions that say smoking is forbidden. Our clothes and hair smelled like smoke - it was terrible. We contacted the host and she told us to open the windows and spray some air freshener..... she clearly doesn't know that doing those two things would make it worse, not better.

Super super friendly host, Linda. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with beautiful views. Apartment was in pristine cleanliness. Also there is an cute Caffe called Vertigo next to the apartment. Linda made my birthday trip even better! ❤️

Clean, comfortable, convenient - fab place to stay with lovely host.

Very helpful host, our flight was delayed very late and they still arranged a cab and accommodated our check in, left us snacks and drinks in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had ample supplies of dishwasher and washing machine detergent, toilet roll etc. Great location, 15 minutes walk into the centre, supermarket and other local shops at the bottom of the block of flats, really nice cafes and restaurants close by. Excellent air conditioning (it was 40 degrees when we stayed), made the bedroom really comfortable for sleeping.

The flat is on the 6th floor and the lift goes up to the 5th, so you need to take stairs for the last floor. This didn't bother us, but something to be aware of.

Perfecte locatie op loopafstand van het centrum en park Marjan. Knus en gezellig appartement met goede faciliteiten en in prettige wijk. Fijne keuken en badkamer. Comfortabele bedden!
