Very stressful trying to find location in the dark.

Tasty cooked breakfast

Unable to get any response both by email or 3 phone calls asking for confirmation of arrival time and then asking for directions. Very poor signage to find house in the dark. Broken shower and toilet bowl that didn't look as if it had been cleaned. Milk sachets out of date by 1 month.

Okay but wouldn’t stay again.

Lovely quiet location. Big characterful bedroom. Friendly hosts.

The en-suite bathroom was down the hall. No curtain at bathroom window. No shower gel in bathroom. We were woken both mornings at 6.30am by noise in the room above us. We were expecting a cooked breakfast and we’re offered one at 7.30am or not at all! This was too early for us so we ended up with a continental breakfast. The croissants were dry, weetabix or muesli as cereal options, milk that was sitting out on the table. Not toast, no fruit, no yoghurt. The house was not locked when we went out, which is the owners personal choice, however I would have liked to have been able to lock our bedroom door to protect our belongings.

Brilliant stay good hosts good food

Fabulous 17th century grade2 listed property with farmland surrounding it so wonderful views. Bedroom was gorgeous with period furniture and bed was so comfy 😴 very quiet and peaceful. Lucie and Charles our hosts were great company and Lucie’s breakfast was delicious bacon eggs toast and a cuppa ☕️ of course. Highly recommend this couple and their beautiful home👍👍👍

Hollow Meadow is a very comfortable historic house with stylish furniture etc. Located in a very peaceful rural environment. Bedroom had lovely views. Had a wonderful full English served personally

Peaceful beauty and exceptional hosts.

This farmhouse style B&B is tucked away in the rolling hills of the Warwickshire countryside. An absolutely amazing house with bags of history being tastefully restored. With huge exposed beams and flooring to match, there is a serious wow factor to be had. The hosts Lucy and Charles were simply fantastic! Nestled in the bottom end of the village, a fantastic location which oozes peace and tranquility. Comfy beds, coupled with a lovely breakfast in the morning sets you up for the day. Not to be missed and highly recommended.

Lovely hosts and a great location

Had a lovely stay in a beautiful, scenic location. The period property is full of character. My room was spacious and very comfortable, and I slept really well. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Charles for showing me around the grounds, and for the delicious cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

A place with soul

This B&B and the location talks. Former farmer property refurbished to comfy place preserving as much as possible the original style. We were welcomed by 2 dogs, sheeps and cows, endless silence ... and owner indeed :-) Great for someone who want to escape the noise and pace of city life. GPS: 52.2018442N, 1.3172183W

The bathroom could do with a shelf or small table to put your toiletries on. A rack in the bedroom for your suitcase would be nice too.

Lovely setting and friendly hosts let down by cleanliness.

The farmhouse is set in a beautiful location with a stunning garden. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

The room could have been cleaner - the bathroom had no shower gel or shampoo and had no blind or curtain meaning you are completely exposed to the back garden :/

Lucie and Charles are amazing hosts. They make you feel one of their family when visiting. The rooms have so much character in line with a period building. Comfortable beds with a great breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. I would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again. This is a true B&B where other hotels lack the personal touch compared to this accommodation. Rural home-from-home stay in a house with real character.

This was a lovely home-from-home stay in a house with real character in a quiet rural location. I stayed in the twin room with en-suite. Lucie was a charming host, very helpful and made a fantastic bacon sandwich for breakfast! Having a few magazines in the room was a nice touch.

A perfect overnight stay close to the British Motor Museum

Our hosts Lucie and Charles welcomed us into their B&B, which is within their family home. We had difficulty finding the property, however, Lucie found us and we followed her to the billet. We chose the twin bedroom as we needed a shower as opposed to a bath. It’s a grand 300 year old house full of creaky floorboards etc and it is lovely.

Bedroom a tad cold during the night but perfectly understandable as a cold snap and very thick walls!

Lovely old farmhouse in nice quiet location on edge of rural village. Host very friendly and helpful and welcomed us with a cup of tea.

Hospitality tray in room would have been appreciated for price of stay. Own private bathroom, but it was down the corridor!
