Great location.Locely Cabin

Great location near Solihull.Cabin was lovely with kitchenette so you can do your own thing .Breakfast area had milk bread cereals & snacks .open 24-7 which was great .garden area a nice touch.

If more than 2 people space is limited.

Breakfast was very limited. No orange juice, little jam etc. Pastries were dry

I just don’t feel this is what it is sold as and over priced

The shower was good and the place was clean.

The breakfast was very poor, help yourself but pate opened and out of date.. not a lot of choice. Parking 14.00 and no guarantee you can park if u go out. It’s just someone’s drive. Luxury cabin is definitely not how I would describe it.. it is like a glorified shed in back garden.

Very comfortable bed. Varied help yourself continental breakfast. Close to train station.

Room was quite small, but ok for me. Very secure premises. There was no owner/staff to ask for information about the area and what is accessable at the property. Another long term visitor was a great help, even carrying my case up the stairs!

This absolutely met our needs. We were very happy to stay here.

This was a great location. It’s super close to the train station, the high street, and buses. Codes for the main door and bedroom worked well and were easy for lots of ins and outs. Cute communal breakfast room with snacks. Our room had a nice view over the back garden.

It would have been handy to have access to a sink in the breakfast room. We would have liked a few more snack options. We would have appreciated if the tea was in individual packets (just for our comfort level!)

Absolutely amazing! Highly recommended

The warmest welcome from Angela and the staff ! Everything is so nice and clean. Rooms very cute and comfortable. Location is 10/10 too. They were all so helpful and accommodating,made me feel at home right away. Coming back for the Natural Dog expo again next year and will definitely come stay here with other delegates. Thank you for a fantastic weekend !

Lovely 1 night stay, very helpful hostess who went out of her way to assist me. Clean & comfortable room, kitchen very welcoming with a range of refreshments. Would happily book again if required.

Good value for money

Station Approach B and B is well located, only 5 minutes from the station and buses and in easy walking distance to Solihull centre. The facilities are good. It is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was self service and free teas and coffees are available at any time in the breakfasting area. Reasonably priced. We would stay here again. Thank you Only quibble: Continental breakfast was a little limited- the addition of some brown as well as white bread and plain as well as fruit yoghurt and maybe fruit would improve it greatly

More than adequate for my reason for staying overnight in Solihull. Good value for money.

Room was clean. The person who checked me in very kindly made me some tea which I much appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were perfectly adequate.

I did feel that the bathroom was rather small and there was nowhere to put towels. The TV reception was not brilliant and I was unable to access BBC 1.

I loved the family vibe from the accommodation and its owner Teresa and her lovely friend Maureen, they were so welcoming with great information to make my stay great. I had no 7 room, at the front, on a busy road which did not bother me at all, no major traffic from the road. Self catering kitchen was FAB, making tea whenever wanted to. Will recommend and I will look forward to staying again. Thankyou ladies Lucy Newman
