Brilliant!!

The house was very clean,in an excellent location for what my son and I had travelled to Birmingham for!!

It’s not really a bad thing just personal preference.. Couches were very soft!! The lighting was a wee bit harsh,couple of small table lamps would change the feel of the house at night time!!

A reasonably priced, cosy property in a quiet area with all the essential amenities.

Communication was clear and prompt, with detailed instructions provided ahead of time. The property matched the description, cosy and located in a peaceful area that was easy to find and within a convenient distance of the NEC.

We had some wifi issues but these were easily resolved.

Overall this is a very pleasant and comfortable home to stay in. It’s warm, clean and very welcoming. Highly recommended

The location was excellent for the places we were visiting.

The aircraft noise can be a bit annoying but it does stop at night until 6.0am. One kitchen cupboard hinge was broken & the upstairs landing light did not work, which meant it’s a bit dark to go upstairs at night.

Great stay

The house was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there. Everything we needed was available. The owners sent very clear and easy check in instructions and were very helpful. The neighbourhood was quiet and people were friendly.

The property is in a good area and very well maintained, it’s lovely to have off road parking. It’s so easy to get to all the big venues NEC, British Fisheries, Belfry and airport, just perfect.
