For what we paid it was fair. Location great for us

Location for us was ideal, parking and have it exclusively was good.

The front door wouldn’t lock properly, we found previous guests dirty clothes in the bedroom, we couldn’t work out how to switch the oven on and when we moved it to try and find a switch the floor was filthy. Have to run around to get wet in the shower

I stayed at this property for two nights in Birmingham and it was a very disappointing experience. The house was extrem

I stayed at this property for two nights in Birmingham and it was a very disappointing experience. The house was extremely dirty. The bathroom and toilet were not clean, and the bed sheets were clearly not fresh or properly washed. There were nails sticking out of the stairs, which was dangerous and unacceptable. The house was also very cold and uncomfortable. Overall, this place did not meet basic hygiene or safety standards, and I would not recommend it to other guests.

Good base for visiting the NEC or Birmingham airport

A comfortable 3 bedroom house close to the NEC. Clean with fresh towels left out and the heating on. Perfectly adequate for our overnight stay.

Good location quite and shops not far just up round the corner owner was very helpful as it was a last minute booking due to the first property we booked was unsafe for me and my family the place was falling apart was over the moon when we got to this property easy to get in and was clean and tidy had everything we needed. 👌

It's all about location.

The location is excellent for NEC. The table was great for playing board games. Beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean.

Blinds let in too much sunlight to get a good night sleep. Kitchen is very compact. Knives all needed sharpening. Communication with host was challenging.

The property was in a a good area with public transport connections and nearby local shops. The host was approachable and reachable and she attended to all our concerns in a timely manner.

The heating wasn't working and even though it was in the beginning of summer, it was quite chilly sometime.

Did what we needed

Used to overnight for an early flight. Was ok for what we needed. Beds and towels all clean. Faint smell of smoke downstairs in kitchen/hall areas in fabric of stuff. Cleanliness throughout not great. Floors not clean. Bit tired in places but for what we needed it was ok.

Our stay was comfortable and everything we needed for this trip.

The location was perfect. Easy to find and close to shops. It was easy to obtain the keys from the host via a lock box and also communication was simple and quick. We had travelled over 200 miles for a funeral but was able to relax in the property as it was exactly as advertised. Property was warm and beds very comfortable. Towels were available for use. Clean with all utilities and utensils required. Thank you again

Easy to get to Warm and comfortable Kitchen well stocked with crockery , cutlery glasses etc Bedrooms cosy , clean and towels provided Bathroom clean lovely shower
