The house was very clean. In a great location for what we needed. Quite enough. Local shop close by. Very comfortable beds. Towels were also provided even though we brought our own :) loads of local places to deliver food. Easy to find. Great host with great communication. Honestly worth every penny.
The window were not easy to open due to dodgy handles. And the shower holder is very loose we had to tell the kids to use the one connected to tap in fear of it breaking. And not enough plates bowls and cutlery

The apartment is located in a nice area with lots of things, social activities and buffet restaurants around it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The host, waoooo......exceptional and they tried attend to your needs at any time. I went with my family and it was great lodging there. Will definitely use pesto apartment again wheneveri found my way to Birmingham. Definitely value for money!

The house is a nice base for us over night whilst in Birmingham and we will looking at booking this again when we are working here again.
The towels are a little marked, one if the dining room chairs is broken. Many people complained about remote, it just needs batteries as we used some spare ones we had in testing equipment to allow us to use it. The neighbourhood is a bit noisy at night with racers using the round about for racing and donuts, but this is no way a reflection if the host. Outside could do with a little looking after and making it more presentable on arrival.
